This cat tree was easy to assemble, even with the help of two cats who wanted to try out all the rope scratching posts before they were assembled. Our cats love the two top perches, particularly the nest. The cat tree is quite sturdy, although we did have to make a modification. The nest is supposed to be attached hanging off above the top platform. Putting it in this position caused a lot of stress to the pole it is attached to and the poles below it. One of my cats weighs 11 pounds, and the other is nearly 10. So we rotated it over the top platform to keep the weight over the poles. The cats adjusted well to the new position and they have no trouble getting into the nest or up to the top perch that has a cat bed on it, although there is no room on the platform now for them to sit or lie down. They both love the kitty condo. It’s a nice safe place for a snooze. Neither cat uses the hammock at the bottom. There isn’t a lot of room in it because it is designed to sag.

The shipping on this product was super fast! Even though I did not have to interact with the seller, I will give them 5 stars because I did not have to call them for clarification on directions or worse yet, have to call because of a missing piece. Totally awesome.Anyway. I got this hauled in and unloaded all the many pieces unto the floor of the living room. While I thought the cat tower pieces looked rather entertaining, my cat...I should introduce you....his name is Edgar Allan...you know...after the poet....Poe....my cat...thought the box was much MUCH more entertaining.The tower went together amazingly easy. In a past life I worked for six years as a welder building heavy duty industrial trailers so I have experience reading blueprints and other mechanical drawings to get things done. You don't need six years of heavy duty industrial trailer experience getting this thing together.In fact...there is a bit of latitude when it comes to putting it together. If you are artistic enough, you COULD change things up a bit from the directions. Me, however, being OCD and following blueprints to specs in my past life as a welder building heavy duty industrial trailers built this per the directions. Every bolt where it needed to go. Every platform in place. All seems lined up. Being ex-military. Things were dress right dress.After I got it together. The tower was talking to me. It was talking to me. I admired it. I admired all the carpeted layers and panels. I admired the rope scratching posts. I admired the hammock on the very bottom just calling to me to lay (lie?) in it on a lazy summer afternoon without a care in the world. I admired the cabin. Oh how I wanted to curl up and take a nap. I admired the very top where I could jump up there and be KING OF THE WORLD!!!Wait. What? It was talking to ME? It's SUPPOSED TO BE TALKING TO MY CAT!!!!Where is that cat? There he is. He's at the bottom of the tower. Kinda sniffing it.I put him on top.He jumps down.I put him back.He jumps down.I put him in the cabin.He jumps down.I put him back on top.I swear...Edgar looks me dead in the eye...and jumps down.I let it sit for a few days and watch. He ignores it. I put him on it.He jumps down.OK cat. As any owner of a cat in a battle of wills would do. WE'S AT WAR! BRING ON THE RAVEN! (That's a Poe reference there folks...or more correctly "So quoth the Raven, Nevermore".)My OCD got tossed out the window. The top platforms (the round flat one and I think the basket one with the two support posts) were all removed. This gave me one nice flat platform and then the cabin was the top of the other platform.I put his food dish up there. Ya want ta eat cat. Ya gonna use the tower cat. It ain't going back dude.So. I won that battle. It has been easier to feed him since now his food dish is practically at eye level. I do notice, however, that Edgar has a tendency of staring at me over the top of his food dish with his deep yellow eyes thinking "just you wait....just you wait..."He has in the months that followed started using the cabin and sleeping in there. I think he tries to play it cool and acts like he doesn't see me and pretends he isn't sleeping and he really doesn't like it in there but at least he does use it now.But. There is one thing. He still likes to use the back of the couch as his favorite scratching post (or the bed...or...anything really....except....)....except....the nice....really....REALLY nice rope covered scratching posts. I've tried demonstrating to him with my own fingernails on how to use the rope scratching posts. He looks. He walks away.I've tried demonstrating using HIS paws on the rope scratching posts to give a more one on one user experience. That is kinda like giving a cat a bath. That is a story for another day.That war might not be won.Yet.

EDIT: After two months, it is literally falling apart.My largest cat is about 15 pounds and the bowl cannot hold him. I am waiting for the new cat tree to arrive because this one is about to break.This is my 8th or 9th cat tree I've purchased over the years, and it will likely be the last. When I need a new one in a year or two, it will be this one again. Out of all the cat trees I've gotten off Amazon, this one is the best all around. The scratching rope is thick, the cat tree is strong and sturdy, it is tall and has plenty of space for all of my cats to be on it comfortably. It took me an hour to put it together alone, and was very easy to assemble. The price really makes it all worth it as well, it is so affordable. Get it!

At this price (under $100), this is a good value. Assembly was fairly easy, though not perfect... the pre-drilled hole to attach the "house" appeared to not be in the right spot, as when we mounted it, it was too far forward on the platform it mounts to (almost to the front edge of it), leaving no "porch" outside the house. After a few quick measurements, we drilled our own hole in the correct spot, and it was fine.One of our cats likes to chew everything, and as we expected, he immediately started to chew on the elastic string that suspends the toys, destroying one of them, and also the cords that hold up the hammock at the bottom.The "bowl" that extends off to the side near the top flexes quite a bit, and seems likely to bend or break off. Our smaller cat loved that part at first, but he seems to be avoiding it now (maybe he's nervous about it breaking).Still, it's a nice cat tower, and we'd likely buy again if needed.

We have had this cat tree for about a year and a half from when my boys were kittens. It was easy to set up. It has held up pretty good with their size and chaos. My boys are pretty big 15lb & 18lbs so the top perch and hammock are a little small for them but my orange boy still makes it.They will be getting an upgrade soon with a bigger tree & perches. This tree though will still be loved but moved to their catio and I will put a bigger custom perch bed on top. We are very happy with this product.

La verdad me daba miedo que no fuera tan resistente pues tengo dos gatos, uno de 7 kilos de un año y otro de casi 4 kilos de 7 meses que parece que le quiere ganar al de 7 kilos. Mi mayor preocupación era que la cama flotante no aguantara a mi gato más grande pero resistió BASTANTE BIEN! Mis gatos aman su torre y a mi me encanta verlos tan cómodos y felices.Super recomendada esta torre no solo porque esta grande sino porque es bastante resistente y firme y super fácil de armar, ni siquiera tuve que ensamblarla a la pared. Casi mide 160 cm.

Ich habe das produkt gut verpackt erhalten. Das paket enthält eine bebilderte schritt-für-schritt-anleitung. Die montage eines katzenhauses ist schnell und einfach. Das material ist weich und geruchlos. Wenn die schrauben fest angezogen sind, steht das katzenhaus fest und stabil. Meine 2,5 monate alte katze hat kein problem damit, nach oben zu klettern und runterkommen. Kann ich anderen zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
