They are bearings, not much more to say. The quality control could be a little better. You can see here that the seals on some of the bearings are just not good (bearing 2 in photo). Then again, these are really cheap and do the job.

Not worth the money. Get something namebrand. Even clones are better than this.

Questionable quality.
Not the best for bike Hubs - Got those to replace worn out bearings on a wheelset - two of them were rough out of the box. Spend a little more and get Enduro or DT bearings.

Pool seals
You can see the ballbearings between the inner race and blue seal, these are poorly sealed, otherwise seem to roll fine, but what is the point of having seals if they do not seal.
