How do I contact the seller? They haven't sent the wrong size!!

There is usually a 'contact seller' button on the product page.

Why was this not delivered?

Mine was rolled but not tightly.

Is the fibre mattress long-lasting? I plan to use it for at least 5 years. Will it be up for the job?

I would say definitely yes. This is the second of these mattresses I have bought. The latest one is for my Granddaughter's cot bed but the previous one was bought as a dog bed for a 110Kg dog I owned when I lived in Spain as normal dog beds were never big enough for him. The mattress was undamaged when he died and still had the same firmness as on the day I bought it. The latest one is nice and firm too and my3 year old granddaughter slept (and bounced) on it very well.
