Within 5 days of taking I felt more energy and hip pain reduced. By 30 days hip pain was almost non existent. However, after taking for a year I find some months are not consistent. Possibly the quality of the production or result from extended use. Some months hip pain has returned at critical level but then subsides with the next new bottle. However, taken consistently I experience increased level of energy.

I never buy crap on like that promises anything because its bs, BUT this product really does live up to its name! NO HOT FLASHES, NO NIGHT SWEATS, NO BLOATING!!! I have lost 25 pounds in 2 months on this MIND YOU I am dieting and fasting But this has aided in my weight loss where I have failed so many times. this is great at 40 bucks a month its the same as you would pay for taking several different mineral and vitamins so its not bad. I am now on my 2nd bottle and I feel so much better. I plan to keep taking it I have not had a mood swing it 2 months even when my period hits that in itself is worth gold!

60yoF, retired physician I lift weights (I mean, REALLY LIFT) 4 times a week. Started 6+ months ago having anterior (groinarea) hip pain with squats and lunges. It evolved to lateral and posterior pain that caused my back and oblique muscles to spasm. My PT suggested ice&ibuprofen, and gave me some things to try, but the pain was never alleviated. Eventually I could NOT walk. It was a gluteal tendinopathy. I am not a user of supplements because my diet is quite robust, but within a week of starting Provitalize, the hip pain diminished, steadily to the point of no pain with ADLs. I am completing month 2 of daily use and I am back to squatting with a barbell loaded up. Lunges still hurt (anterior hip again!) but I am also doing more of them after a few months off. A win in my book.

I was really surprised how well this worked for me. After having suffered often because of sciatica, I did a little research and found that what I was missing was a probiotic like this. I was skeptical but willing to try it. Within one month, the symptoms completely disappeared. I no longer woke up with that debilitating pain in the back of my legs. I honestly thought that this was a fluke so when my original purchase ran out, I thought I would try something different. No luck whatsoever! Within one week, the pain was back. I couldn't purchase this again fast enough! My only complaint is that I wish it was cheaper. There was no aftertaste, odor or issues with digestion. Even though the ingredients can be found in other formulas, and you may be tempted to see if you can find a probiotic that's cheaper based on its components, this one worked best for me. Taking this along with cutting out added sugar to my diet helped. Being able to move normally again is worth the investment.

Has reduced pain some it has seemed to help with hot flashes & night sweats I’ve only been going a week so far

I am the biggest skeptic when it comes to any product that claims to alleviate symptoms for perimenopause or menopause. I am 47 and started experiencing hot flashes this year, weight is difficult to take off (well, more difficult than usual), emotions run high, etc. I was walking around with a portable fan and would use it whenever I had hot flashes. AC on full blast that my husband, who normally runs hot, would complain that it was too cold, while I was visibly flushed. I came across this product on TikTok via an ad. So, I Googled it. When I did, there were a lot of good reviews all stating that this product helped with the symptoms. Some bad, some so-so. Considering that I need/should be on probiotics anyway, I figured it would not hurt to try it. It's been almost one month and I just signed up to the Subscribe and Save. During the time that I have been religiously taking two pills every morning (per directions) my hot flashes have stopped. My joint pain has improved. Can't say much for weight loss, because I won't step on the scale, but I do feel overall better. Not sure how long it will last, or if it'll work when I officially enter menopause, but so far so good. The price - approximately $50 a month - is a bit steep, but it's probiotics and the good ones tend to be a bit expensive. So, I am okay with it. So, if you have symptoms, give it a one month try and see if it helps. Definitely worth a try. UPDATE: I've been taking this supplement for over a year and have not had hot flashes. They have stopped! Weight loss has and is a struggle, so it has only really helped for hot flashes. UPDATE: For some reason, this product was on auto ship but never delivered due to being out of stock. So I had not taken it for a month, and the hot flashes have returned with a vengeance! I can’t sleep and during the day, I am far from comfortable. I was able to get a new bottle yesterday and have started it up again. Hopefully, within a week or so the hot flashes will subside.

So after my 1-star review (see below), I got from Better Body Co. what I called a "boilerplate message that's pushing me to persist with the ill effects of this product for 90 days ... and to add insult to injury, some lip-service self-help and diet cookbook." Told them "Really?! I was fine tossing the remaining product and not push for a refund and writing a rather objective review ... you really need to leave this paid customer and others who had bad experiences with Provitalize alone. That's It And That's All. FUBAR." Guess what I got in return? A full refund justified as their "account adjustment." Hope this helps others navigate their dealings with Better Body Co. = = = = = = = = = = = This is a spendy supplement @ $49/bottle and I hesitated. Thankful I didn't purchase three bottles. I really wanted this to work for me but just tossed out the bottle half way into it. #1 - I got bloated which pushes outward so I am rounder on the front and my back hurts more with no relief. That push lead to more/new noticeably regular acid reflux. I understand some bloating from live probiotics working and gas releasing either from them or from the food but there were no farts. I'm not being funny; I learned from a nurse the day I had my first child that if I lay on my left side and rub my tummy clockwise, I can release the gas built-up/bloat aka fart. #2 - I got more retention which makes everything swell and remain swollen. Seems like the more water I drank to stay hydrated, the more I retained. I understand the need to draw in water to the gut for processing but the push against my bladder made me want to pee but then couldn't really. That was a vicious cycle with #1 above. #3 - My bowel product was under-formed and gave my a burning sensation. I think with all the water drawn to the gut, proper formation was not going to happen. And the supposed thermogenic natural of this supplement made my gut a warming cauldron. #4 - I am in the midst of either (peri)menopause. I exercise regularly and eat consciously. I had gained 10-15 unwanted pounds in these few years and now have added weight with just half a bottle. #5 - My joints and muscles hurt and feel stiff with #1 and #4 above. #6 - All above led to poor waking hours and even poorer sleep. So, Not For Me

This product did NOTHING for me. It advertises help with weight loss, bloating, and relief from hot flashes, but none of that happened. And I took it regularly for three months, because they suck you in by telling you that you may not see results until the second month. I saw NO results. ZERO! I exercise regularly, but during menopause my weight has slowly gone up even with regular exercise. So I decided to try this to see if it would help. NOTHING. It didn't even relieve my night sweats and hot flashes. So disappointed. Don't waste your money!
