Have patience, it's good.
Good stuff, versatile with a little patience. It's really thin and soft right out of the jar, but I bet you could use that to press into a mold and retain detail. It doesn't hold form well on its own in this state, but just let it dry a little and it gets progressively stiffer until you have something like EVA foam and you can carve it from there. Probably a good idea to build around an armature, or like I did to add organic forms to flat sheets of EVA mats

Decent foam clay
It works well for filling in gaps and dries at a decent rate. Only qualm is that you need a bit of water to smooth things out, which increases drying time exponentially. But overall decent.

Works better than I could have dreamed
This was my first go-round at trying to sculpt my cosplay foam. I am thankful I took a chance with this one. My mind began racing with the possible applications. My advice is to be a child again and simply play on your first attempt. Get a feel for it, then use it for your project. Jumping in without an understanding of the materials will leave you unable to do what you want it to do. Just let your inner child come out for a bit first and then enjoy how your brain will be able to use this clay foam in the future.

good but does not hold a form
Good product if you don't need to hold an exact form. Mold will shrink considerably (25% or so) after drying

Easy to use, AWESOME !!!
Loved it, first time user and I was amazed how easy it was to work with. Easy to paint as well. Definitely recommend. Solid when fully cured, not bendable so perfect for display projects.

Exactly What I Needed
As some of the other reviews say, there is a learning curve when using this clay. It does expand as it dries, so you need to take that into consideration as you are using it. I used it to do the belt/face in this pic and it worked perfectly!

Review updated to 3 stars down from 5 after 4 months.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: After four months, the objects I sculpted have continued to dry out and have become very hard. Considering I bought this to add moldable details to EVA foam props that would mimic the qualities of EVA, I'm pretty disappointed. The weapon props I've made are no longer safe after a few months, as they are essentially made of a hard rubber/soft plastic equivalent now.Old Review: I had heard a lot of people in the cosplay and prop world rave about this stuff, but it far exceeded my expectations. I was shocked at how moldable it truly is, almost like a foam slime at first, then transitioning through several phases of stiffness until it's fully cured. I'm also shocked at how sturdy and resilient it is when it's cured. It's truly like normal EVA foam, which I didn't think it could pull off. I'm a fairly competent sculptor, so this stuff has opened a whole new world of possibilities for me.

Great molding clay.
Easy to use. Dries very light with flexibility. Works perfectly in silicon moulds. Soft and easy to work into the intricate detail of a mould. This clay was bought for the purpose of creating items from silicon moulds for which it works perfectly. Items could be removed from moulds in a little over 24 hours and retained their flexibility so they could then be glued into place on variously curved surfaces. The lightness of the dry sculpture was extremely important and this clay works perfectly here also.
