The lotion is great; the texture is not greasy. It’s rich and smooth, absorbs well and provides excellent moisture. Plus the smell is light and wonderful. The only concern is the pump- it’s such a hinderance. It leaves ALOT of a thick expensive product at the bottom of the bottle-seems its too short & doesn’t extend all the way down to pick up the product. And you have more than 1/4 bottle chunk of product left and still a heavy bottle from lotion you can’t get to. Oh & never mind they’ve increased the price significantly since 3rd quarter of the year with no improvement to the pump. Besides that, the lotion you can get to is great - just please, kindly fix the pump.

The lotion is the BEST as it moisturizes, leaves a satiny feeling, great for sensitive skin. The scent is light and the lotion soothing. However...the pump doesn't work. I have purchased 3 different bottles with the first two pumps not working at all and the third pump finally worked and then STOPPED working a few days after using it! SO FRUSTRATING!!! I have left several messages for manufacturer but they never called me back. Amazon came to the rescue and helped out the situation!

Nice smelling lotion

I'm so amazed by this lotion! I have super sensitive skin so I need a deep moisturizing lotion. This is the perfect consistency & it's so moisturizing!!!!!!!! Smell is heavenly 🌹 The pump never worked unfortunately. Would love a replacement pump !! Definitely not sending this lotion back (; I tried the lavender one too! Amazing !!!!!!!!! I'm a lifer (; love this lotion so much!!! So thick & rich !!

First if all, I love this lotion. It smells good, absorbs quickly, makes my skin feel soft, and it's cruelty free. However, I agree with the other reviewers who said the pump is no good. This item is on my subscribe and save list, and each time it arrives its the same problem, the pump won't pump. I contacted the company several months ago and they said I didn't need a replacement, "just keep pumping ". Well, this morning I started my new bottle and pumped and pumped for 15 minutes and nothing. The pump in the old bottle of course had quit working about 2/3 of the way through, like they always do. This is a big problem, and you would think Andalou would do something. Now to use my lotion I have to unscrew the pump each time and dump some out. Not handy. UPDATE: The next day I pumped some more and it began working, and I could pump out the excellent lotion. But still, it shouldn't be that challenging. I'm going to start buying it in the squeeze tubes.

I love it from the first touch. Skin is well hydrated , leaves silk touch and smells very beautiful roses.

I love the lotion itself. It smells great and soaks in very well considering the lotion is natural and a lot of natural lotions can't soak in very well or have an after effect chemical smell. I bought a bottle with the pump for the first time a couple months ago, the pump did not pump lotion out. I assumed it was a fluke fault. This second bottle also has a pump that does not work. It's very frustrating to have to get rhe lotion by scooping it out with the pump wand. I am going to have to buy a pump this time and that stinks. Hence the lower stars. It'd be 5 if the pump worked.

This lotion originally stuck out to me because it’s rated good on Yuka and great for all kinds of skin conditions. It goes on nicely and leaves you feeling smooth and moisturized for a while! It’s nice and lightweight and the smell is really pleasant which is great especially when you’re applying it all over. Worth the buy!

Rich consistency, absorbs within few minutes on my dry skin and it provides good moisture and a very warm rosy parfum that is not overwhelming!!! Just keep in mind that it will not do for oily skin, it's for dry and very dry skin apparently due to its rich consistency! Great for autumn and winter months, although in Ireland I can use it throughout the year!!! 😅

The best lotion. It's bit expensive so I keep it for using it on my Face and neck as none other suits me. But this is just perfect .

At first i really liked it but i have quickly gone off the scent and it is a bit over priced for average body lotion.

This brand and its products all feel noticeably clean with no added chemicals or anything I should be leary of as endocrine disruptors are in everything nowadays. I'm big on what I put on my skin and I think it's such a fair price while being a healthy product. The lotion is so nice and non greasy, while adding great moisture to dry skin. The body wash is soooo yummy I even use it on my face. Great overall brand. Can't loose

I loooove this cream texture and sent. It feels very healthy. I bought this huge tub but I can't get the pump to work. I would value a new pump, as it's quite annoying to open each time.
