I bought a used Jeep Wrangler with black exterior that was obviously sent through the car wash many times. I bought the Meguiar's set to compound, polish, then wax the paint and I was impressed. I got so much of the swirl marks to disappear the first treatment and with each treatment (I'm going monthly) I'll get all the swirl marks to disappear in 3 months AND it erased a lot of the small scratches AND I saved myself $300 if a professional detailer did it. Highly recommend this product especially if you love to detail your own vehicles like I do.

Dont wash the black towels with the yellow towels. the black color will run and stain your yellow towels. Best to wash separately by color. it was easy to use the compound . Compound does take off paint from your vehicle.. I don't think i used the wax correctly though. i didnt let it sit long enough before wiping it off.

My car looks better now than when we bought it. All the scratches are gone. The gold specs in the paint are back. The secret is to follow the instructions and apply in the garage. The first step, the compound has a great unintended consequence. It removes the haze and discoloration from the headlights. Takes at least two passes but the more passes you make the clearer the headlights become.

I Liked having all three items so I could do a good job on the car. Good quality product and results.

3 steps. Follow the directions. Use lots of microfiber towels and clean them often. Rubbing compound takes a little effort to remove but then the next 2 products wipe off much easier. I would start with a decontamination spray first and then use this kit. Car looks really nice.

This kit was recommended by my son, who is a real motor-head. Our SUVs are 4 and 7 years old. It took the better part of a day to wash each car and apply the entire compound, polish and wax cycle. It was a lot of work, but worth it. The cars look amazing. Follow the instructions to the letter. For example, if you let the compound dry it's a bear to remove.
