What a wonderful cookie! There is a hint of earl grey flavor in these light, crisp and delicious biscuits. Too bad they are so expensive, but I treated myself to a nice holiday tea dunking gift

Box of crumbs
I’m sure these are delicious but I didn’t get to try. They were poorly packaged and I just have a box of crumbs. Ineligible for return or exchange. What a waste?

Great cookies terrible packaging
I fell in love with these cookies when I purchased them at Marshals. Seeing them here for such a great price meant I had to get them! *Insert eye roll here* You can see from the picture how my package was received. Every single package had broken cookies and some where no more than powder. The box itself is no thicker than card stock paper so you would think they’d ship it in a shipping box to protect it. It came in a bag with zero protection. With all that said, I ate ALL of it! *High Five* I happily poured that cookie powder down my gullet. They’re that good! In the future I think I’ll just try and grab them when I’m out and about instead of ordering here.

FIX THE CRUMBLY COOKIES
NOT BISCOTT'S BEST ITEM. LEAVING 2 STAR SO THEY CAN FIX THEIR CRUMBLY PRODUCTS. When I opened the package, the cookies were all crumbled in the image below and looked like someone had ate out of it and decided to put it in the bag....disappointing. HOWEVER, when I bravely opened the package and bit on it, it tasted delicious--actual authentic Earl Grey Tea. So packaging is not good and it looks like someone ate out of it but the rich earl grey tea is good and it's so much better than the matcha flavour (it didn't even taste like matcha) so BISCOTTEA you should stick to what you are good at doing best: earl grey and english breakfast teas!
