Excellent for dark paintwork in hot climates. It doesn't melt away like other waxes.

Very disappointed with this product. With 9 years detailing experience, I finally succumbed to reviews of apparently superb glass-like looks and excellent durability, and hence purchased it. First, I applied it to the bodywork of a car whose previous wax was around 6 months old, hence was barely there. I prepped the car via a wax stripping shampoo, then a clay mitt, using the wax stripping shampoo (again) as lube, then a fallout remover, wax stripping shampoo again, then a pre wax removing cleaner fluid. One would say a decently prepared surface. I applied this wax/sealant and left for the required duration. Added a second coat 24 hours later.The longevity is poor to say the least. Withing less than a month the wax was clearly badly failing, and I'd only used a PH non-wax stripping maintenance shampoo in between.Being a sucker I did the same process on another car, to be met by the same very poor results, and also one a separate car again (on its wheels), to receive even worse longevity results.Overall I'd say in 9 years this is the worse wax I've purchased in terms of longevity.

Provides optimal protection from bugs, sun light, water marks. It lasts between 3-5 months. Give it a day after you apply to see your car shine.

One of the best all round waxes I've used, brilliant!

Having not used a vast amount of car wax/sealants as some people this review is based entirely on my own personal experience.The wax is supplied in a metal tin with a lid much like a paint lid from a gloss paint tin. Just pop it open with a spoon/knife or similar object to get at the yellow wax within. The wax could be described as a hard wax but application is very much a doddle. The opening of the tin is very much ideally sized to fit one of the foam applicator pads in to load with wax ready for applying to the vehicle. Whilst being a hard wax in the tin, the wax easily transfers to a foam/MF (microfibre) applicator pad with a swirling motion (my preferred method). It smells nice too!Application is as easy as most wax/sealants where as usual, a little goes a long way. One tip is to apply THINLY and EVENLY and allow to dry before buffing off. Applying thick will only result in you wiping most of it off when buffing. Three coats applied to my MK7 Golf GTI (Black) leaves some very slick feeling paint work (preparation is key though!). Excellent beading and hydrophobic properties as you'd expect.As this is a Hi-Temp wax it is suitable for applying to car wheels. After the proper preparation the wax can be applied to wheels exactly the same as to paint, thin and even coats. Buffed (when dry) between coats. This gives som very nice shiny looking wheels that are a pleasure to wash. Just pass the wash mitt/pad over and clean! Or even just a good blast with snow foam and rinse!One very good wax that will go a long way. 6 coats (2 cars), and 4 wheels leaves me with plenty. This will last a good while.One other tip: Buy elsewhere, significantly cheaper!
