Authentic IGP pasta from a region famous for great pasta.
This quality of pasta stands apart from even the best of others. I find it to be unmatched, for two reasons- one, because of the ingredients, which result in an IGP rating. Two, because of the care that is taken in creating, drawing it through bronze dies, and drying it slowly. It all makes a difference. Worth the money.

Worth buying again!
I love it! I used it for "Marry Me Creamy Chicken with Spinach" recipe I found on Instagram. It held up well and not "mushy". The taste was excellent - not all pasta is created equally, and my family loved it. I cooked for 9 minutes and they were perfect. I don't mind paying the price for these. I cannot not find them locally in Southern California and it's worth it.
