Great Value, Great Fit, Better than OEM
I needed a new set of Front lower control arms and these were perfect. They seem to be much better than the original, and I installed them on a 2004 Ford Escape. They went in perfectly without any hassle and the ball joints were already installed. The are a great value, and shipped in the boxes, which arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The Ball joints needed to have the grease zerts installed, which is very easy and the lower ball joints are already tapped for the zert to screw in. Oiling them was not a problem, and once the installation was done, the shop aligned the Escape with no issue at all. The fit was just as good if not better than the original, and they seem to be better built. The Quality of Moog is unmatched, and our family, friends, and myself look for Moog for our go to brand of suspension parts, including our custom vehicles and restoration. Thank you.

Good replacement for OEM control arms at a good price. Appears to be OEM quality/weight/fitment
Perfect replacement for OEM control arms on my '10 Mercury Mariner (Escape in Mercury trim). The only issue I had with this repair was getting the OLD one out. The tapered balljoint stud had rusted in place on the lower spindle mount. Lots of rust penetrant and 'persuasion' with a hammer and pickle fork finally got it to separate. This new part literally fell into place. And that was a relief. One suggestion; get all three mount bolts started before tightening to torque. The ball joint stud pinch bolt can be tightened with the wheel jacked up but the two frame bolts should be tightened to torque when the car is back on the ground (or the control arm is jacked up into the normal ride height.) This lets the flexible rubber bushings flex up/down but under no tension at normal ride height.

Quality replacement
Perfect fit on a 2011 Ford Escape. Functions good but make sure to use torque specs or you may hear a bit of creak

Ball joints failed
The quality of the ball joints that came with the control arm are very poor. They failed after about 6 months of use. Had to remove and replace with better quality ones.

It was a drop-in-replacement for the DS(LS) for my 2012 Ford Escape XLS

Perfect replacement for your OEM part
Replaced the lower control arm and the car doesn’t have any vibration when you stop now. Great product as always from MOOG UPDATE. I bought these March of 2023 and both ball joints have failed and I have to replace them now. Control arms are still in great shape though. You’re better off buying a better quality ball joint if you’re going to buy this control arm. Great price just be prepared to have to do some work a year or two down the road.
