firm fitting or loose in the large? 5’9” 180lbs

I'm 5'9" and 230lbs, and the XL fits just right. Enough room to move and workout in without feeling like it's compression-fit.

What are the washing instructions. There is no tag with instructions.

I wash in warm water with like colors and dry on medium. No problems.

Can these have a custom logo added?

I don't see why not. don't know if manufacturer offers that though.
