Self stick tape on wrong side
Manual says to have mesh on top with heating wire under but they applied the double sided tape on top.I do really like the small 1/2 mesh usedStays down flatter and is kinda self stickyWe staple down the mat -not the wire to ironply primed with a bonding primer then pour self leveling cement over so sticky tape not so important
