Great quality and priceThis is a great headset. In arrived fast and was packaged wonderfully. It actually had a charge when it arrived so it didn't take much time for me to start using it.The set up was quick and easy. Took me a minute.It is light weight and you can hardly tell it's on your head which is good for me since I spend a lot of time on the phone. The microphone isn't stuck in your face and it picks up your voice without a lot of background noise. I've already been told my phone calls sound clearer.I like that it has a charging base and the headset sits in their securely. Other headsets I've used I'm always scrambling to find the right cord to plug in and it's a pain this solves all that.I didn't realize when I was buying it it had a mute button which is awesome. I've asked people on the call if they can tell when I hit the mute button and they can't because the noise cancelation is great. I didn't realize I needed this feature until I had this feature.With everything from the ordering to the arrival and packaging this is a great unit.

Bought so that I could wander away from the laptop but maintain a conversation. Range is fair and sound quality good. Connecting to the laptop was simple and doesn't seem to drop out like some I have used in the past. Only thing that does not appear to work is the connect/disconnect call button on the headset, but this is not really a problem for me.

I've been using this daily for nearly 6 months now and it's been great. Very light and comfortable, and sound quality is ideal for voice. For best use you do need Bluetooth v.5 on your computer as well, so I got a small dongle for this. Once this was installed range and connection was vastly improved, and I can wander the whole office and not lose the caller. The volume buttons are a little fiddly, but then I've found this to be the case on much more expensive headsets too. Overall, excellent value and performance.

I purchased this having seen positive reviews. However, I tried to use it with Zoom and the microphone does not work at all. zoom picks up the device but it does not pick up the voice from the microphone.Also, it appears that it does not retain the charge for as long as it claims it would so you would have to put it on the base unit to charge after a longer call. Also, you have to be very careful when you are putting it back on the base unit as it does not sit neatly onto the notch and you could think it is charging but it is not in fact.

I've been using this headset for under twelve months and although it has been more than sufficient for the job I purchased it for, it has broken already. I use it maybe twice a week for work and have treated it very carefully but part of the plastic around the charging port broke off after about three months and over the past few weeks the plastic casing that holds the adjustable head support has cracked and broken off in multiple places. I don't use any hair products that could have affected it and it's not exposed to direct sunlight so I have no idea what has caused the plastic to degrade. It's currently being held together with tape until I find a new one. I would not purchase this again.

Really good value for money and works extremely well.

Use this in garden office. It's comfortable and light and does exactly what it's says on the package. Recommended.

Throughout the last 2 years I have gone through 2 of these Aikela Bluetooth headsets. After around a year the headset plastic that goes over your head seemed to break off which I sellotaped but gave in and got another one. The second one after a couple of months got really hot when charging so stopped using it.I do like this headset but I seem to purchase a new one every 12 months.

- Working from home during lockdown, I had been using a lot of Zoom for virtual meetings. My external computer speaker was working fine for these last many months. Then, suddenly, a couple weeks ago I started getting an echo from the speakers. It was bugging me and other people, so I decided to buy a cheap decent headset with a mic extension to use during these meetings.- So, I got this and I have to say the performance has been very good. I have several other bluetooth headphones that basically do the same job, but I did not want to drain those more expensive headphones' batteries for my work meetings. So, this one fits my purpose perfectly. The battery lasts a few hours.- The charging can be done two ways. I can use the dock or directly charge the headset with a micro USB charging cable. That is nice.- The multifunction button works in a million different ways. So, it does a lot of things and this means it does take some time to memorize all the ways it works. So, that takes time. But, after using it for a couple of days, you get the hang of it and start remembering it.- The mic works great. The person on the other end can hear me loud and clear. It has a noise canceling/isolating feature, so the person on the other end does not hear all the other tiny sounds in my room/apartment and only hears my voice loud and clear. So, that works pretty well.- The sound coming from the other end is clear and crisp. The overall audio volume is a little low for some reason, so I crank my computer's volume all the way up. But, I like the fact that it is loud enough to not be a bother but not too loud.- The only negative I can think of in this unit is that I wish it had an aux port. Then, if the battery runs out in the headset while I am in a meeting, I can simply connect it to my computer using aux. But, aux is missing and that means you have to always watch out to make sure your headset is fully powered because the battery only lasts for a couple hours. So, you have to be on your toes always.

At work, I have a $300 headset made by Plantronics, and I like this one better. This headset is loud enough, and recharges easily. It connects and disconnects easily. When I first bought it, it was too tight for my big head. I was going to return it, but then I made it bigger by bending the metal band on top. The band had memory, so I had to make dozens of small bends along the entire metal surface. After several minutes of bending, it was large enough for me. To disconnect the headset from my Mac, you press and hold the round button on the side for about 8 seconds until it makes a series of beeps. Do the same to reconnect. Once you connect to your Mac (or PC), it will stay connected until you manually disconnect it. The range of the Bluetooth connection is about 20 feet or so. The price is excellent, and its much louder than the professional Plantronics model that I have at work.
