Q: Is the area already stenciled on or do I need to do it myself.

Yes the patterns are stenciled on the fabric.

Q: I know they sell the sets... that wasn't the question? lol. I asked if they sell the metal plates separately so I can do another project. thats All

I was unable to find just the backing piece here and ended up finding a seller on Etsy.

Q: How long should the blue mark take to dissolve in the warm water?

I made them all and then soaked them overnight I don’t think it took that long but that just worked for me.

Q: Do the instruction come in Spanish as well?

Mine did not had any instructions
