Pistachio Butter- Roasted + Sea Salted (5oz Glass Jar)

Very smooth. Good taste & quality. Well sealed with a bit of a vacuum release when u break the seal. I’ve ordered several times & quality has been consistent. 5+ stars. Unfortunately it’s hard to find products, companies, & even reviews that are trustworthy these days. I used this pistachio butter to make the viral Dubai pistachio chocolate, and it turned out amazing! Mixing it with melted white chocolate and crunchy kadayif was a hit with the whole family. We loved every bite! However, considering the amount you get, the price feels a bit steep.

This is what it says it is and definitely taste like you are eating pistachios right out of the bag so if you are looking for a sweet pistachio cream or butter this is not it. This is salty and literally taste like pistachios. That's great but I don't know if everyone will understand that. This is not like Pisti Pistachio cream or the kind you would mix with kadayif or make Dubai chocolate bars with. I actually sweetened mine up but with some white chocolate and powdered sugar but it is just too salty for me. I wanted to give it a try and I am giving it 4 stars because it is exactly what it says but it's too expensive for such a small jar and the lid was almost impossible to get off it took me a while. I had to run it under hot water and tap around the sides of the lid before it finally would open. Other than that, it's okay but not for me, I like to be able to eat mine with a spoon or mix with kadayif or other fruits, crossiants, pastries etc. and I guess you could still do that if you wanted but this is more of a savory treat not a slightly sweet like I'm looking for. I'll stick with Pisti for now. I will say this is very expensive and even though it is exactly what it says, I don't think it is worth the price in my opinion but that's just me.

This roasted and sea-salted pistachio butter is incredible! The flavor is rich and nutty with just the right touch of salt, making it perfect for spreading on toast, adding to smoothies, or enjoying by the spoonful. The texture is smooth, and the quality is excellent—you can really taste the freshness. The 5oz glass jar is a nice size for keeping it on hand as a special treat. Absolutely delicious—I’ll definitely be buying more!

What I like about this product is that it's just pistachios, not a bunch of other ingredients added. And it tastes good. Some reviews here say it tastes like nothing, but maybe they got old stock, I don't know, but mine tasted like you would hope and expect: like pistachios. I have to echo some others on the texture though. It's runnier than peanut butter and once in the mouth it wants to stick in there like glue. I feel like this wants to be used inside of something like a pastry, or stirred into something else, as opposed to eaten on crackers or other direct-contact uses. It's also really expensive for the itty bitty jar you get, but pistachios start off expensive before you even shell them, much less process and package them into something like this, so that's not too surprising. It was worth it to me to satisfy my curiosity, but if I find myself in need of pistachio butter again, I'd probably make it myself as best I could using directions you can find online.

It’s pistachio butter what more could you want! Easy to stir!

The butter was delivered very quickly and in excellent condition. I'm sensitive to both almonds and peanuts so I was happy to find pistachio butter. This product is super delicious, and a little goes a long way. Very filling. The jar is smaller than I pictured, but it has lasted quite a while because it is so filling. The butter is not very thick which is nice for spreading on crackers or other items. I can eat cashew butter, but it is usually so thick it tears what ever you put in on to pieces. This butter is perfect for using as a spread. It is expensive so I use it as a desert type item.

The Roasted Sea Salted pistachio butter from The Pistachio Factory is now my absolute favorite nut butter. It's so good, I can eat it by itself! This is not excessively salty, just a hint of salt, enough to help bring out the natural sweetness of this pure pistachio butter. I eat it on toast and it is delicious. I also use it to make my homemade pistachio sauce for iced pistachio latte! To make the sauce, I combine 1 teaspoon of The Pistachio Factory roasted sea salted butter with 1 Tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk plus a few drops of water until I get a glossy consistency. You can use more/ less butter and condensed milk to your taste. I use this sauce and 1 Tablespoon of pistachio syrup for a double shot espresso iced latte with 4 oz of cold foamed milk. Better than store-bought coffee! If you are a pistachio lover, buy the 8 oz size, you won't be disappointed!! Highly recommend this butter. Yum!
