LuminoxNavy Seal Series Analog Quartz mens Watch (3003)

Bright and accurate
So far…after 3 days now ,I’m still very impressed. As keeping time goes, I believe it is excellent. That being said, I’ve noticed a difference when compared to the budget Casio and Timex watches I’ve been wearing for over 30 years…the Luminox is certainly more accurate. After a couple attempts, I set it to the analog clock on my phone to match the same second. It’s been 3 days now, and the two are running at just under 2 seconds apart. I mean this is really good right? I could be wrong I suppose. I don’t own nor do I know anyone who owns “high end” brand timepieces to compare to.Now construction. It’s all some sort of polymer, which has strength yet keeps weight down. The tritium (x16 in this model) is bright enough to read the text of a book from ~6”, or ~152mm. Yeah!!! I got 16 mini nuclear disintegration chambers on my wrist. It produces 1GBq, or approximately one billion nucleuses decaying (coming apart) per second. More or less this is what puts off that healthy green and orange glow, Mr. Burns would approve.

Great accurate and nearly indestructible watch.
The watch is highly accurate and very visable in total darkness. Have used it while snorkeling in the ocean at a depth of 10’ to 15’ for over two hours. Also in pools and in Hot Tubs with no leaks or fogging of the crystal face. If you do water sports or rough work, this watch is for you. Strongly recommend this watch.

Beautiful watch - defective out of the box
This is a beautiful watch, but it was defective out of the box. It took me a couple of weeks to realize the date doesn't change when the watch rolls past midnight. Not something I pay a lot of attention to but when I did, it was off by a few days so I manually adjusted. It kept doing this. Seller's return policy is absolutely ridiculous: if you take it out of the box or remove ANY of the plastic, it's not returnable. Seller refused to accept a return. How is someone supposed to know something is defective IF YOU DON'T TAKE IT OUT OF THE BOX AND TRY IT?? It comes with a warranty, which the seller said I'd have to use. I sent it off to Luminox and had to pay $35 for S&H. Luminox repair shop said repairs are 6-8 weeks out. So I don't have the watch at the moment AND I had to pay to have it repaired.I'd buy another Luminox anytime, but NOT from this seller. I think Amazon should boot them from selling but as long as Amazon gets its cut, they'll continue letting this seller scam buyers.
