Innovo Medical Forehead and Ear Thermometer, Fever Detection for Adults and Children White and Silver

As you already know, there are hundreds if not thousands of thermometers on the market making it extremely difficult to decide which one to buy. Currently, I have 3 thermometers and each one gives a different temperature reading and none are consistent.So far, the Innovo JPD-FR100+ is accurate and consistent with its readings. And the ease of use is great, takes about 3 seconds to take your temp.Note: When I first turned it on, the display read ER-1 (ambient temperature exceeds 104F) but went away after about 5 minutes the error disappeared. I live in Arizona and it was 114F outside when the package was delivered.

This is the second brand of forehead thermometers I've bought. The first was not bought on Amazon and it was very inaccurate - I sent it back. But this one works perfectly!! I use it everyday on my family. I've had a few times when the temp was a little higher and each time I would then try the oral thermometer, and sure enough, that was higher too. So it's very accurate. And it works instantly - no waiting, like you do for an oral thermometer. And no worries of transferring germs. I absolutely love this thermometer!!

not sure of the true accuracy but if it is, it registers spot on! fever gives you the red light and beeping. if it's ok, you remain in the green. nice home tool.

I've actually been using these for a few years prior to the Pandemic, however I've found the reliability and accuracy of most of them to be poor. I've found the Innovo Medical Forehead and Ear Thermometer to be reliable and accurate when measuring forehead temperatures (I have not used it for an ear temp yet).It's more accurate than those you see people using to screen people for fever outside their business and I feel this is reliable enough and accurate enough to use in my clinic.

I was drawn to this item from the reviews on Amazon and I am not disappointed. First, It arrived very fast and in tip top condition. I've only had it for a few days and it seems to be very accurate and excellent quality. The instructions are easy to read, the display very easy to see and maneuver through! I also liked the fact it had the pull tab to remove to get the batteries to make contact increasing battery life before first using. I'll sum up this review in these words, an excellent product!

I just contracted covid. It is very important that I know what my temperature is at all times. When I know I've had a fever, the forehead one doesn't ever reach 98.6. When I use the ear part, my temperature goes from 103 to 108.3, I think we know that if it was that high, I probably wouldn't be alive. The ear one averages approximately 105. I have read all of the instructions and cleaned it each use. It doesn't work at all. I bought it in March and have used it once until now. It didn't work then either. I thought maybe I was just doing something wrong. I would not recommend this thermometer. Sorry INNOVO

Borrowed one of this from my parents when our 1 yo had an ear infection. She a actually really liked taking her temp with this. Compared to the Braun ear thermometer it is pretty accurate. I think the instructions said you should add a degree if using the forehead and subtract a degree if using the ear. Anyway, we liked it so much we bought one of our own.

I would give this product 5 stars, except you do not get what you pay for. It claims that it is a forehead and ear thermometer, but it does not come with the ear attachment. It works fine and seems accurate, but I do not believe in advertising something you’re not actually going to fulfill.
