Cairo Map looks good
This map has been very helpful to me in charting out the various places I'll be staying and seeing in Cairo. I'll weigh in after I return.

When you want to go on a vacation like Egypt, its just read to get a book like Cairo.
Everything in that book was just what we were looking for. So much info and its just great. There is so much to take in & we are just grateful that we picked that book. Also another thing are all of the maps & images that we see when we get on the computer. Cannot wait to go.Thanks again

Was not as detailed as expected
mostly large streets covered so hard to use for small streets, and there are lots of them!

Very limited regions covered. Beware.
It may cover "Cairo" by someones definition but missing many adjacent areas. For instance, the Imbaba and Al-Duqqi regions are barely represented. What's worse than not having a map in Cairo? Thinking you have one you can rely on then finding you can't. At this point, still looking for a replacement.

plan routier
d'un format moyen et d'une échelle moyenne ce plan est surtout destiner au déplacement par la route:sa typo favorise la lisibilité des grands axes mais peu de touristes conduisent une voiture dans le Caire !!!!;son utilité pour les visites pédestre est discutable car l'échelle choisie ne détaille pas assez les quartiers touristiques, peu utile pour la visite des zones historiques.

Es una cartografía muy inexacta. Además el Plano de Heliópolis es realmente escaso y algunas de las paradas del metro reflejadas en el plano ni siquiera se han construido todavía
