I bought this product 4 years ago and I am still using it. I use this product everyday for the last 4 years and it never failed me once. Quality is superb! Burns the rice in less than 12 hrs
I bought this cooker back in March of 2023 thinking it was the same one I had for over 12 yrs. My 12yrs rice cooker finally stopped working and I decided to use this one I got from Amazon. And I'm highly disappointed. The rice burns in less than 12hrs unlike my previous cooker that would keep the rice fresh & warm for days.I can't return it because it's been over a year that I bought it.Anyone had this issue? Is there a fix?

Not as expected.
Performance is not as expected.It has same quality as other normal rice cookers do which we could get in better price.
