Brilliant Shaver
I have given this shaver 5 stars because: 1. It is well made. 2. It shaves my beard extremely closely whilst being gentle to my skin. 3. It is very easy to hold whilst shaving. 4. It currently is incredibly good value. I have had just about all makes of electric shaver over the years ending up with a Braun series 5 shaver. After a few years the battery in the Braun has started to fade, hence the reason for a change. When looking for a shaver I used the following criteria. Read the reviews. Choose a well-known manufacturer. Look at the net weight of the item; generally the heavier it is the more solidly made. Don’t regard a longer running time as always being a good thing; it might just be a lower powered motor has been fitted. Check the availability and cost of replacement parts. 2nd March 2026 Further comment. Since purchase and first fully charging I have used this shaver for 24 days without having to re-charge. As an initial test I recorded the total minutes I have used the shaver before re-charging. So far the figure is 55mins and 10seconds and there is still life in the battery. The specification states 54 minutes. In conclusion the battery life is very good.

Electric razor.
A razore is a razor is a razor. What is there to say. this one looks stylish. It comes with a twin foil head which cuts ones beard heairs adequastely. It also has a trimmer which you can flip up from the back, which will take out those difficult to reach, or longer, hairs, which the foil doesnt get. Nice to hole, though the plastic cover clumsily The other issue I have found is that the rechargeable battery does not have the longest opf lives. Although I use the razor very sparingly, as my facial hair is pretty minimal, I find that I am having to charge to razor up on average every second night. And, unlike some razors, where you can tell the power is running down as the functionality gets gradually slower, this one justs stops dead. whhich is unfortunate if you happen to in mid shave.

Impressed
So this is the first time in 39yrs of shaving that I've strayed from remington shavers! Always in the past been pleased with them. But the last one i bought a few weeks ago has to be returned, terrible! Literally tugged hairs out causing bleeding. So, I looked seriously too replace with a different brand, and after research and reviews I chose this Panasonic model. I am very impressed! It's light, but feels good quality, cuts the hairs effortlessly, no pain or irritation even against the grain. So far i have only praise for this product. And such a great price! Just to update, after having it several weeks now, I can agree with some other reviews, the battery doesn't last long, I need to charge it weekly. All the remingtons I've previously had last several weeks, but it's a minor inconvenience so I'm still happy with it. Sadly after may weeks now, the battery life is getting annoying, 3 or 4 days is it's limit, not good enough Remington. Great shaver but crap battery!

Sorry not good.
Unfortunately not very durable. After several charge/recharge cycles this razor now no longer holds a charge and won't recharge at all. Did a reasonable job whilst it did still work but now just sits there mocking me.

Not for me.
After a recent operation that layed me low I simply couldn't be arsed to shave, however after a shower I looked into the mirror and saw an aged wreck with a grey beard and decided that beard must go. So after reading all the reviews I decided on this Panasonic. So fully charged I set about trimming the beard using the sideburn attachment. Credit where credit is due, it did a remarkable job removing a good 95% of the stubble and I then proceeded to finish with a dry shave. Considering that my skin was not use to an electric shaver I was most pleased with the finish, although there was a lot of twoing growing getting rid of a few stragglers . The next shave was wet using shaving foam, only three days growth but once again a lot of going over the same area to get a smooth finish. For the next shave I only left a 24 hour gap and used the shaver dry, this time things were much better and quicker, but it still left a few obstinate whiskers behind. Next morning I used foam and this also worked well. So for me, to get a good shave, I have to use it wet every day, for many this would not be a problem, however, for me this is a pain in the butt. I like to accumulate several days of growth and them hit it, normally with a safety razor but have to lather up twice and hope I don't nick myself because as I am on blood thinning medication, they can bleed for several minutes. That was one of the main reasons I chose the Panasonic. It is a good quality product, holds a charge really well, but a shaver that you have to use everyday to get a half decent shave is not for me. However, if you work dictates for appearance sake that you need to shave every 24 hours, then this may well be the shaver for you.

Full marks to Panasonic!
I've had cordless shavers from Braun and Philips, and never been able to get what I would consider to be a good shave. I recently gave up on the Braun one I've had for some time, despite renewing the head at recommended intervals, and after searching for 'Best!' I decided to not waste much more money and bought this Panasonic one. I am really surprised and pleased with the result. I'm getting a close shave, almost as good as a wet shave with safety razor, and this at a price much lower than the other brands are charging. Another plus is very good battery life.

Panasonic rt-37 foil shaver.
Firstly this is £29 which is a crazy price. If you are a guy over 50 then you'll remember buying electronics in the 80s /90s when Japan ruled the world in that regard, before the Asian cheap crap we get now! Well this shaver takes me back to the 80s, the quality is simply superb (which I expect from Panasonic), it fits the hand perfectly with rubberised sides that give perfect grip (wet or dry). My hair is black so it's really thick but this cut through like butter. The edge trimmer just slides and locks in place and trims perfectly, then slides and locks back in place (auto stopping the blades) perfect. Everything is solid and smooth, this is a quality product, the way it should be. Can't speak for the battery longevity, but it took a good 2 hours to fully charge out of the box, this is a good sign that the battery is taking a healthy charge. Be sure to lubricate the foil and side trimmer before you use it, I personally do this every time before using, it really does keep the blades in good condition and they will last longer. Ps you will need a 2 pin to UK plug adaptor, I get mine from pound l, no biggie. Seriously give this a try, £29 I feel like I've stolen it! Pps,,,, I've ordered another one!

Surprisingly good for the price but a little limited in performance
Surprisingly good for the very low price. I had little expectancy but I am surprised because although it is not the fastest razor on the market, and the shave is not that close - so sometimes I have to shave twice in a day, for just £21.99 it does leave me with a very smooth face (for a while). I would say to pay more and expect better.

Reso immediatamente
