As soon as I got it - I charged it fully… it was in a drawer (for months) and IT was perfect for use the first time I needed it (during a power cut)….!! Simply brilliant.And right now, it’s working to make things even easier. I love it so much, I bought a spare one (for 3 phones).…BEAUTYful added bonus - it using solar power too!!GENIUS - thank you!! xx

I bought this powerbank a year ago for our camping trips. We have other different types of powerbanks as well. But this one was the best performer. I used an expensive one as well costing £300 plus. But this one was almost as good. I was shocked. I don’t know about the solar panel though. The last time I tried to charge it using solar power, it didn’t seem to charge fast enough. It did take ages to charge at home using a wall charger before we left, but when we charged all our massive iPhones numerous times we were so glad with its ability to hold a charge. I will be buying another one soon only as a powerful powerbank and not for its solar panel. The solar panel kind of didn’t work. It flashes like it’s charging but it didn’t charge jack. It might trickle charge.

Wanted to try this as some of my current ones seem to be dying quicker, so probably in need of a new one. Solar charging could be a useful feature in certain situations too (although I'd guess the recharge would be slow just with that over plugged in).Overall I'm fairly happy with it, but it definitely doesn't give the 7 phone charges as stated for an S10 which was another reason I got it. I seem to get about 4 like my current ones.The little lights are a bit annoying in the dark (leak out the side...).It is decent for the price I got it at, but guess others might give more charges.

This worked brilliantly for first couple months of use - both for solar and mains recharging and then charging devices out and about. But a winter of no use seemed to disagree with it and after two years it is fully charged but won’t discharge that power to a connected device.

Some people may find this charger too large and cumbersome if space/weight is limited. Not ideal to just carry around in your pocket. But for example I have it in my car to charge my dash cam for 2-5 hours while at work and it does the job brilliantly. Even on grey, cloudy days there's plenty of charge and the camera is ready to go as if it had been plugged into the mains overnight. So a fantastic tool if you can bear in mind the size.

Only charges when connected to the mains. Tried charging it in the sun (in the summer months), all day, a few hours, nothing. Otherwise it can power a couple of devices for a very long time. Solar element would have been handy though

Not a fast charger.. charging is 3 to 4 hrs

We ordered two and two boxes arrived but with only one had the charger inside, the other box was empty. It takes too long to charge and not sure about how well it would work.
