Kit is very complete and copentebtly packaged. Unfortunately the ceramic element of the shaft seal did not fit in my pump housing. Neither of the standard pump seals was a satisfactory, forcing my local poll store to mix and match between the two to get the right fit. Vendor refunded my money when I returned the kit. It's certainly not his fault that I have a unique pump (Hayward ecosystem 1.5 Hp, variable speed pump)
