Judging on 3 parameters of colour, aroma & flavour; On brewing the tea for 3 to 4 minutes, Colour comes out nicely from light orange to medium brown. Aroma is perfect but hits a low note on Flavour as it falls a little short compared to its aroma which is rather disappointing. Otherwise a good option for people who like mild flavours or black tea (without milk). & yes the mug they sent me was chipped at bottom which couldn't be used.

For a change you can try this also ...and it's not adulterated with colors or artificial flavour like big brands do, with big brands and names acidity become a problem as they use artificial colors, this brand I did not had acidity issue ...especially with roasted leaf ...that a perfect leaf ...smell of roasted is not so good but flavour is ok

The product is not so good not so bad. There have no flavor. This product only use with milk. without milk it is impossible to drink. Color is very good. I have purchased the product rs 110 /250gms. A cup is free with it. So you purchase it for a gift of "Cup".

Instead of 5 Packs of 250 gmrs, received only 2 Packs & instead of 5 Free Mug received 4. But after getting complaint from me they have sent remaining quantities after a week. Thanks for resolving the issue. However, product is excellent.

You get a real Assam Tea Flavour. I use it previously when it is provided by my friend. Still the taste is same and better. And if any one want to enjoy asssam tea than go for it.

Tea aroma is very less. Takes double the quantity to get flavour and strength & colour.

It's a perfect blend of flavor with liquor. I prefer tea with good liquor which this tea has. Additionally it has nice aroma which only get you from a good quality Assam tea.
