Shure wireless receivers provide both XLR and 1/4" output for each channel. For the case of the dual channel receiver, you will need 2 cables.

Do you mean a single channel wireless system?  The BLX14/CVL?

In either case, yes, you will be able to run both systems simultaneously.  Each frequency band of the BLX can run numerous transmitters at the same time without interfering with each other.

If you also happen to have the BLX14/CVL, you can also purchase the BLX288/PG58 in the same frequency band so that you can have back up transmitters/receivers in case any of them fail.

I see blx288/pg58, blx288/sm58 and blx288/b58 have the same receiver but different microphones. How to tell the difference of the microphone?

A comparison between the Shure SM58, Shure B58 and Shure PG58 microphones.

The Shure SM58 is a "stage mic" designed to pick up more "off-axis vocals and sounds" that allow other vocalists to be heard "more naturally" while on stage.  This feature helps to compliment stage monitors.  However, the "off-axis" technology of the Shure SM58 is not good for small stage areas, particularly if there are a large quantity of mics, speaker cabinets and floor monitors within close proximity to each other.  In such small spaces, the SM58 is more prone to feedback.

The Shure B58 ("Beta 58") is a better choice for smaller areas and is more suitable for "recording live performance vocals" because it is better at handling a wider frequency range for both male and female vocals.  This mic also has a "greater rejection curve" which simply means that the mic will not pick up sounds "outside of the vocal axis" (i.e. - the mic won't pick up sounds on the backside of the mic).

The Shure PG58 is "tuned" specifically for vocal applications and is engineered to be less susceptible to feedback and able to handle extreme volumes without distortion.  It is also engineered to reduce wind noise and explosive breath sounds.
