This one is great
I bought the stove for emergency use. It works real well.I got the grill part to see if I could use it more often. I do use it at least twice a week.I grill steaks and chicken with wood!Add some mesquite chips and it's unbelievable.I can't think of anything that I do not like about itUPDATENow it's 4 years later. It works just as well today as it did in 2014. I would buy another one but why? This one still works great!

A nice little grill, slightly overpriced. READ THE WARNING IN THE REVIEW!
I use the survival stove for camping and use the grill when at home (or when I want to lug it along). The survival stove is NOT for backpacking; it is too heavy. Also, the battery case requires a small Phillips screwdriver to open (and you should bring along extra batteries). Despite these limitations the stove works amazingly well, since the 2-speed fan allow it to get very hot, much more so than unassisted stoves. The grill is a little tricky to use the first few times. One has to get used to sliding open the firebox lid to add wood and also to manage the cover without dropping it.WARNING: One VERY IMPORTANT point: the first photo doesn't show the metal plate that MUST be used between the grill pan and the stove. (The others show it.) This is a serious oversight by the merchant. If you don't use the metal plate the stove will be RUINED!In summary, it's a good combination but somewhat overpriced.

Five Stars
Great addition for my camping trips. Battery case needs a tool-less design.
