I have runners knee with a very tight hip muscle. Will this product help?

In my opinion, as I am not a doctor, this should definitely help. I'm a runner 5 - 14 mile distances, and I use this after my longer run and the difference in my knees is fantastic. I used to just be sitting on the sofa and my knees would start throbbing, but after more stretching and using this, there is a definite notable difference. I hope this helps.
