Reordered from an old order , what came was same product but half the thickness , very disappointing.

Do exactly what they say on the title, not reusable but for the price I don't mind! I put two in at a time and you can see the oils absorbing straight away

After a couple of days it turned brown. Looks exactly like a normal sponge!

Seems they work well initially but can't get them back to original colour no matter how much I've tried to clean them as not supposed to use chemicals

Popped one in the hot tub in the morning and by the evening it was a brown/orange colour. Not sure if they can be reused, I’m going to try and clean one and see what happens. Not sure if the water looks clearer, but must be doing something? It does look like an ordinary sponge. Makes me wonder if a normal one would do the same job?

I had used an oil sponge before that I bought from a hot tub dealer. I had this for over a year and it did a great job, just needing to be washed out every week. These sponges dont seem to be reusable. They turn orange very quickly and when you try to wash them they disintegrate. They do soak up the oils, but its weird looking a a orangey brown sponge after a while. I cannot recommend as it doesn't state that they are a bi-weekly, possibly monthly throw aways. Not sure what the colour change is about either :-(

Use them in my lay-z-spa and they work a treat. Don’t last very long and don't seem to work as well if washed and reused so I go through them quite quickly. They’ve stopped that layer of scum forming and sticking to the sides though and I haven’t needed a foam reducer at all since using
