How long will these beans be good for

Easily 2-4 years. Dried beans stay safe indefinitely. However, after 2-3 years, they may lose some vitamin potency. In saying that, I have kept dried beans for years.

What’s the self life on dry beans?

I buy beans that not more than 12 months old (if you can believe the advert). I use the beans within 12 months. I soak and use a pressure cooker for my beans. I prefer a soft bean and one that does not crunch. I pressure cook the beans longer if they are older that 24 months.
