Joico - Moisture Recovery Treatment Balm 250 ml

This balm is brilliant for terribly dry hair. Although the product seems thick and heavy going on it is lightweight and won't drag your curls down when rinsed off. Smells lovely and makes your hair so soft.

This is nothing short of a miracle product. It saved my bleach disaster hair with just one use. From breaking and falling out to healthy and shiny. Just amazing.

If I could give more stars, I would. This product definitely does the job on all types of afro hair. You actually feel the difference with the first use. In fact, I also use it during the day to slick my hair back and wear the ponytail that I also bought from Amazon lol. My daughter has started to use it to slick her hair down, so I now have to hide it as this is not what I bought it for. As a peri-menopausal woman in her 50s, my hair tends to get dry, but this product has definitely turned things around. My hair feels beautiful and protected!

I have dry, low porosity , 4a/b hair and struggle with retain moisture. This product is a wonder!! I used it as a heated or overnight treatment and my hair is glorious for days. Side note: I use alongside other products

This is my holy Grail for absolutely moisturised 4c Hair. Girls and boys stop playing with this product. This is 10/10. I will use this for the rest of my life unless I find something better which I’m struggling to see what gets better thanthis. MWAH!

Tried this for the first time yesterday and I'm so impressed with it. I've got curly, frizzy hair and after using this, my hair felt really smooth and looked shiny. It's also given really good definition to my curls. I used it in conjunction with Joico clarifying shampoo and left it on for about 10 minutes instead of the 3 - 5 minutes recommended. So pleased I decided to give this product a try. Love it.

I have dry coarse thick natural wavy hair. Great combo with Texas humidity. I Bought the shampoo and conditioner from TJ Maxx and saw I needed a balm to complete this trio hair treatment. My hair has been so dry and brittle for a couple of years due to bleaching my hair so I figured I’d invest in my hair some and try this out. I’ve use joico products in the past and they’ve always worked well just a little expensive. I’ve used deva curl but it makes my hair real oily. This balm with the shampoo and conditioner really brought the hydration back in my brittle hair. I see less breakage and not as much hair in the shower! I’ve used it for 2 weeks now and I noticed it is so much easier to style my hair now. I was afraid to straighten my hair for a while just because it had gotten SO dry and tangled. Today I finally straightened it and my hair is so smooth. Love the smell of the balm. I use a little pea size of the balm as like a after style product on my hair and it through my ends or the top layer of my hair where I’ve bleached to add just a little bit more hydration I love joico. My sensitive scalp does not break out when using. Another perk. I have high maintenance hair that’s in recovery . It finally feels manageable after using this product
