I bought a small pack of 8 of these to finish off a project, and they arrived as described. I thought they would be easier to hammer together than they were so I am not sure if I was using wrong tools but I tried different hammers and different surfaces and hammering from front to back and back to front but result of the metal back bending before fully in place was always the same. Maybe there is a knack to it, I just about managed to get two complete and finish my project but with having to throw out the remaining ones not happy with the result and a bit of a waste of money in my opinion.

These Jean fasteners are excellent value and so easy to use.

Poor quality and not like description. They are just a flat bronze colour all over - no gold accents as the picture suggests. Plus the plastic is soft and just collapses when you’re trying to hammer the stud through. Don’t waste your time or money…

Not quite a weightless cure but spared my blushes when the original button popped off my jeans due to lockdown spread!

The fixing pins are rubbish, they are of too soft metal and collapse before the button stud can be attached by hammering. I will not buy any more of these.
