This is the best insulated, stainless steel drink vessel I have ever owned. I was impressed with the design, which looks better in person than on the pictures. The lid seals securely and the cup fits in my car cup holder. In 85 degree weather, my iced tea stayed cold throughout my 3-hour shopping trip. I have noticed around the house and while gardening, I use less ice to keep my drink cold. The stainless steel straws are strong and do not have sharp edges and have a raised ring at one end to prevent slipping out of the cup. Unbelievable that you get 3 straws and a cleaning brush.This would be a great gift due to its performance, design and fair pricing.

Picture looks way cooler.... in real time however, it looks like it's been banged up pretty good. The finish is not a polished brush stainless, but more of a matte finish. Great job at keeping items cold and not leaking, so it passes the functionality test.

Don't let the four stars fool you. I'm really really happy with this tumbler. It keeps water extremely cold. I almost want to say it MAKES water extremely cold--colder than it could possibly be in another tumbler.I drink what might be called a preposterous amount of ice water every day. I have four ice trays in my freezer and a bin which holds the product of about 5 ice trays, so that I'm always prepared for a day on which I might need 9 trays worth of ice (just shy of 220 ice cubes) all at once. I take gallon ziplocs full of ice to work with me... I could go on, but I think you get it. I love ice water. So when I tell you that ice water is COLDER than I thought possible when inside this tumbler, you know I'm not just telling tales. My boyfriend--a science nerd type--rambled on when I told him this about "specific heat" (or somesuchthing) which translated into my brain as "steel is magic coldness voodoo."So yeah. It's definitely hella cold.For years I've gone through insulated tumbler after insulated tumbler--the plastic kind. They always eventually break. So, I bought this mostly because I wanted to stop buying new tumblers and carrying around broken ones during that "too lazy to replace it" phase. I'm pretty sure I'm not going to be able to break this. I'll update this review if I ever manage the feat (I'm quite talented at breaking things).So that's two wins for this tumbler and that pretty much covers my needs at the moment when I bought it, except for the add on--the straw cleaning brush. This is where the tumbler lost that one star. When I was shopping for this I was also shopping for a straw brush, so I thought "great, I can just buy the one thing and be done." Nope.The bristles don't fill the straw, which in my mind was an obvious necessity for a straw cleaner. This straw cleaner is so small that you have to put careful effort into making sure you scrub every angle all the way down the straw. It works, but it's incredibly chintzy. Why would anyone pick this over a brush that filled the space and therefore cleaned efficiently with a few pumps in and out? By the way, the straws that came with this tumbler are narrower than every other tumbler straw I have, so it's even worse at cleaning other straws.I wish I had bought a separate straw cleaner, and I feel irrational anger at this product for tricking me into thinking my straw cleaning problems were going to be solved gratis. Either find a brush that isn't a pain to use, or stop including the brush, guys.

I bought two cups. And what a waste of money! They both had the same problem of leaking into the insulation walls. There is a tiny hole on the inside seam.. In both cups! Such a disappointment. The steel straws are awesome.. But useless if the cups are defective.

I first wrote a good review on this cup, however, after using it, I found whatever beverage I put in it leaked out and drips out of the top on the side all over my clothes. I never put any part of the cup in the dishwasher but have always hand washed them. It seems the gasket provided does not work, even though I make sure to put the top on securely. I would not buy these again.

really love this item! I've ordered 4 so far :) the cup is extremely durable, dishwasher safe, and keeps coffee hot for about 2 hours! I have not tested a cold drink yet but can assume that the cold will hold up more - if not better - than the hot drinks. other pluses are it's not too heavy, and it's the perfect size and easy to hold because of the outside design panels

I just received this and really loved it! I love the size, the look, and the straws. However, after the second wash I could hear water trapped in the lid between the plastic part and the stainless steel part. I shook it for a while trying to get as much as possible out, but I am concerned that over time it will get moldy. I noticed some other reviews saying that their lids came apart, but no one mentioned water getting trapped inside. I actually tried to pull mine apart so I could dry out the water, but that didn't work. I'll continue using it for now and see what happens...

This tumbler is great! Very minor complaint: when the bottom of the straw sits flat on the bottom of the cup, the liquid won't come up, you have to lift the straw slightly. This tumbler comes with 3 straws and a brush for cleaning, which is a fantastic idea! However the bristles are only as wide as the diameter of the straw (maybe a hair less even) so they don't clean well-- you have to really wiggle the brush around. Would be better to have a sturdier brush with longer, flexible bristles that do the work for you. But overall, I'm very happy with the product.
