The shipping on this was insanely fast. The packaging and even the appearance of the bottle were all spot on with what's being advertised. I can't speak on its effectiveness because I've only started taking them. But, mii reason for the low review is due to the smell of this product. If you can find another that has a better aroma, do it. This thing wreaks something awful and I'm always having to follow it with a berry chewable vitamin I take. Trust me, you will have to take something. If you don't, it WILL leave you with a feeling of having to vomit.

Great product. Really good ingredients.. BUT omg.. the taste while taking this is like eating a spoonful of garlic powder directly in your tongue. It’s gross, makes me gag, but it’s worth it for the health benefits!!

Appreciated the amount of Elderberry pills your product came with. It's the most I've found on Amazon as I was trying to find a 365 day product. Your product is the closest (half a year) so I'll be purchasing again when I run out.Thanks for this product!

This is full of great ingredients for a supplement to multivitamins. Also probiotic is very important to me and not in every supplement along with all the extra goodness I am very happy with this product...

I've been using for about two weeks. It hasn't stopped me from having a little bit of a sniffle for the past couple of days. So, I'm not really sure how effective the product actually is in building the immune system.

I tried taking these supplements for a few days and had to quit. They tasted odd, mostly the garlic. They are big, hard to swallow and made my stomach ache. I had to throw them away. I’ll spend more time researching and spend more money on a better product for my body.

I plan to use these to boost my daily supplements when might be needed. These capsules where easy to swallow with water for me. Thanks.
