One of the mounting screws ( top ) was bent so I had to correct it before I could secure The gas spring.

Just what i needed
This tailgate lift fits my car perfectly. I was a little sceptical about order car parts from amazon but I have no regrets about this order. The installation was quick and easy. I would recommend this to anybody looking for a good lift.

Piece of Cake.
I had them installed in ten minutes. Worked like a champ. You will need a Torx wrench and preferably someone to hold the door open. I actually used a shovel to hold it open.
