The steps are not anywhere equil to the one on my phone kept on me all day just to see. Watch will not pair to the app. App used is worthless. Just wanted something simple, but simple and NONFUNCTIONAL are two different things! Returning the watch! 🙄

The straps snapped after 1 day of use! Takes forever to sync to app.

I am part of the Virgin Pulse program through my job. I lost 3 Virgin Pulse Max step counters and was looking for something inexpensive but useful. I definitely found it in Nuyu. I am so happy with it. It taught me how I sleep and the knowledge from that made a huge difference in my life. Nuyu was listed as a compatible with my Virgin Pulse program and the app on my phone. It took a couple of upgrades initially for both apps, but it worked out well.

I bought this thinking that I could link it to my Virgin Pulse App. When I looked for the NuYu app, I discovered that it no longer exists in a way that will allow it to interact with this device. I could not get any other app to work with it either. Now it does not even light up any more (did the battery go dead?).I thought that surely this vendor would not sell me a product that does not work AT ALL anymore. Well, I guess I was wrong. Luckily it was a 10 dollar mistake. If you are considering this purchase, keep your $10.

Sure it works but doesn't sync with my phone. Tried many different things and asked for help but got nothing.

Bought this for my work's steps challenge but I ended up returning them since they wouldn't sync with their app (even though my work app said NuYu would).The device itself is well built but the biggest downside is definitely the fact that it's not rechargeable. The battery is easy to replace but it's still an inconvenience compared to just plugging in other devices.
