I was pretty impressed that this Trap Alarm arrived so quickly, and was super easy to set up and ready to defend the spy perimeter in a couple of minutes for my spy daughter. This 'Lazer Trap Alarm' uses very bright LED lights to create 'Lazer' beam that once crossed trips an alarm. The sensor portion has 2 sensors for each of the LED lights to aim at which provides a V shaped perimeter. The beam was visible at quite a distance, of course the farther away they are from the sensor the more tricky aiming them is but the harder to spot ;) These can be positioned at differing heights and angles or you can span 2 elevated surfaces for a fun game of 'Lazer Limbo'. I am surprised SPYX didn't include this idea with the instructions. Nicely built and convincing enough for the amateur spy to add to their kit.

This actually worked. It’s not easy to set up at first for a kid. But once they learn how to ping it all up it works within close range.

I was quite skeptical, but these work decently. After 1 round with help, my 1st grader can set a trap himself. We randomly hear the alarm, followed by peals of laughter when one of the cats sets it off. It's a little more difficult to line up the second trap, but not unmanageable for a kid with a little patience.

I read a review that said you could see the lasers despite the title saying it is an invisible infrared light… I took that reviews word for it because I wanted to create laser mazes with my son- it is invisible however- even in a pitch black room. So if you want visible lasers this isn’t it. Pros- it does work. Connecting them isn’t too difficult and he has fun pranking the family dog and fortifying his blanket bunkers with an effective alarm system.

Wir haben uns diesen "Laseralarm", der eigentlich ein LED-Alarm ist, nicht zum spielen gekauft, sondern als "Alarmanlage" für unser Gästeklo. Da soll nämlich unsere Katze nicht rein, obwohl es ihr dort hervorragend gefällt. Jetzt heult der Alarm kurz auf, wenn sie sich reinschleichen will, sie schreckt zurück und wir können ihr einen Platzverweis erteilen. Optimal! Klappt zuverlässig und ist sehr lustig.

Works well and lines up easily, takes a while to get alignment right but once you’re used to it the time is quick. Great fun for kids. The only down side Is 6 batteries AAA are required which doesn’t come with the product. For what the product is I feel That the price could be better but overall if kids are smiling then that’s all that matters
