Benefits of Turkey Tail mushroom, Agaricus Blazei mushroom, Maitake mushroom, Cordyceps mushroom, Phellinus Linteus mushroom, Lions Mane mushroom, Reishi mushroom and Shiitake mushroom are not well studied, and I cannot vouch for any benefits claimed by the company, I will describe my experience with Immune Recharging Organic Mushroom Blend.Capsules are easy to swallow. No aftertaste, stomach or intestinal issues. I have no way of verifying immune boost claim, but so far I have not gotten a cold or flu this year - I did get a flu shot though last year.

I think this is a very good blend of various mushrooms in powder form. Hubs and I have been taking a mixture of powdered mushroom for several months but ours includes Chaga mushroom. Chaga is an extremely powerful anti-viral so I was disappointed to see that it was not included in this blend. Nonetheless, this is a very good blend of some very good mushrooms that definitely will improve overall health. I also like that only one capsule per day is the dose, but of course you can take more.

My husband has been taking these for a few weeks. He hates eating mushrooms but was down to try this to boost his immunity with the upcoming flu season and working in a warehouse environment. He was pleasantly surprised that these don’t taste like mushrooms (duh right? Lol.) And there is no unpleasant aftertaste, burps, etc. He hasn’t had any issues with his stomach or digestion since starting the supplement. He’s happy it’s one one pill a day and a dissolvable capsule. The ingredients seem to be quality ingredients and so far he hasn’t gotten sick, although a few people he works with have had colds and ended up quarantining because of COVID fears. Everyone wears masks so I know that’s helping, but can’t hurt to boost your immune system and general health with a supplement. Would recommend.

I'm aware of the benefits of a lot of mushrooms but not fond of their texture in food, so a supplement like this is a good option. Researching the ones included in this capsule, they seem to have covered most of those particularly recommended for the immune system. I can't make any conclusions on how well the ingredients work or not, such anecdotal evidence means little regardless, so be sure to do your research and get with your doctor if you are currently on any medications.

These capsules contain a blend of several species of mushrooms along with astragalus, which makes a good combination for immune functioning. The capsules are vegetable based and just have magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide as flow agents, with no other additives. These are easy to consume and can be taken with or apart from a meal. For organic mushroom capsules this is a fairly good value.

I go out of the way to eat some mushrooms as I personally think they have beneficial properties. As such, this is a blend of mushrooms I would never have access to in my area of the world. That being said, I don't think there are any definitive studies proving the benefits one way or the other.
