I started taking this one week ago, and have been so excited by what I've been seeing that--for once--I've actually been taking it regularly. I have a bad habit of thinking, "Ok, this time I'm actually going to use this vitamin/supplement" and then forgetting about it within days. Not so with this! I've taken similar things in the past, but they never gave me what I feel this does--almost immediate results you can see and feel. A friend of mine told me about these, and I skimmed through the other fish collagen products here on Amazon. I didn't want to take a powder because that seemed like a big production, so I got these instead. I took 2 the first night and the next morning, I could notice little changes already. Mind you--nothing huge, but enough that I noticed. Now I'm doing 2 in the morning, 2 at bedtime, and I continue to see great results. The little marks at the corners of my lips look to me like they've been popped out by a dent remover. The deeper lines in my forehead are still there, but more faint (of course, they're really deep--stress much?--and it's only been a week). Best of all, the crease in my neck (making me feel like I look like I was decapitated and then had my head put back on) has REALLY lessened, to the point that I keep running to the powder room to see if it still looks that way. In addition, even though I'm in the desert and it's getting colder and drier, my skin doesn't feel tight--it feels soft and plump. One thing to know is that I'm also running to the powder room a lot because this does make you powerfully thirsty. That's good for me, because I tend not to drink enough water anyway, and now I'm craving it all the time. I suppose that also helps with keeping skin nice. All-in-all, I am (really this time!) going to continue taking these as directed. There seem to be no drawbacks, and lots of pluses with them, and I'll try to remember to report back after a month so you'll know about any progress with those pesky forehead lines... 12/7/11 UPDATE: Yes, I am still taking these pretty regularly. I missed a few in the middle of last month while on vacation, BUT--when I saw my mother at the airport, the very first words out of her mouth were, "You look so young!" Keep in mind my blessed mother is and has always been the type of mother who thinks it's important to praise one's daughter for her mind and accomplishments and not to mention her appearance. So this is a huge thing. After a month, I'm still seeing great things from this product--the changes are more gradual and less dramatic than the first week, but they're still there. Everything we wanted to fade away is still fading away. I definately notice if I don't take these--my morning face just doesn't have the same dynamic 'pop' that it does when I take 2 twice a day. Additionally, the creaky-squashy sound my knees make sometimes (no pain or anything, knock on wood) has also gone away. Funny, I didn't ever really notice that until it was gone! I cannot tell you how fantastic this product is. I couldn't be happier with it!

Am writing this review because I must say it only been a week and all ready my skin is glowing looking fantastic, if u thinking about buying buy it it's working for me.

Noticed results after one week of taking full dose. Tighter skin, wrinkles lightened up, joint pain gone, even recovered faster after the gym with little to no soreness. I naturally upped my water intake take as well so I’m sure that helped. Face and jaw started looking noticeably more toned, I was feeling great. The downside is after my first bottle I ordered more and started noticing hot flashes during the day and sticky/residual night sweats. Keep in mind if you are taking other supplements that there aren’t overlaps with magnesium or something else. I stopped taking these and the hot flashes and sticky night sweats stopped. Now when I try to even take one of these at 1/4 dose, the night sweats return almost immediately. Update: I was off these supplements for a month and started getting light joint pain and drooping, dull skin again so I started taking two a day and it seems to be a good maintenance level for me. The key is stopping when you’re overloaded and listening to your body when it needs more or less. Glad to be back on these at a smaller dose as I definitely feel the day to day difference!

Good price, good pills size, taste not bad at all

I gave the entire bottle a try and wanted to finish it before leaving my review. In the past I've used bovine-based collagen tablets and felt they did make a slight difference in my nails and skin. This was my first time trying a marine-based collagen and I can honestly say I really didn't notice any effects from it. Perhaps you need to take them for at least six months to reap the benefits. On the plus side, the capsules were easy to take/swallow and mix into my protein shakes. I also did not burp up any aftertaste from them. Quality and sourcing of the product also seem to be good. They just didn't do anything for me.

This is the best ever pre menopause symptoms (hot flashes) treatment in the globe! Worth the expensive price! However please consider a better price next time ;)
