How often should change this diaper??

I used it only for naps and night time. I changed immediately after the baby is awake. If I take him out in diaper, I change diaper every 3 to 4 hours which is the advisable timeline or when the diaper is full. Similarly I don't change diaper at night unless it's full. He usually sleeps through the night in same diaper.

Which size for 5 kg baby ? S or M

The size depends on the age also. S size should serve the purpose
