CoQ10 found to be good for strengthen your arteries. After my lipid report I found bad cholesterol was on higher side. Fatt gayi dekhte hi 😖 I started regular cycling, cardio with small dose of Niacin and CoQ10. After few months I found my cholesterol in on lower side. Before using the advice I followed , please read the niacin and CoQ10 advantages on internet. Don't overdose, only adults. I don't know but I'm never been in the favor of using statin drugs for lowering cholesterol. Remember you have to follow an active lifestyle too , to make your bad cholesterol down.

This is deceptively labled. It is the cheap Ubiquinon version, which if you're older may be a waste of money as it needs to be converted in the body...and older bodies struggle with this. They carefully OMIT this fact on the label. What you WANT is the Ubiquinol form, which cost more, but is what you need as an older adult. Yes, this is cheap. But there is a REASON it's cheap. It is not the real thing (Ubiquinol)......and may do absolutely nothing. You get what you pay for.
