Installed the WD package and all parts fit and worked perfect. Instructions are good and product is excellent. You do need to have the necessary tools to install the large bolts and to torque them properly, air impact is the only way to do this. It isn't difficult, just time consuming. The hitch dropped 4" prior to the install and with the WD it drops 2" and the drivability was improved drastically. I'm pulling a 2500lb TT empty weight, single axle, 14' long.

Lesson learned... Thoroughly inventory the parts before investing substantial time into assembly of the weight distributing hitch. I had the hitch brackets, plug, etc. assembled and ready to install the spring bars and do final rigging when I discovered one spring bar missing. It was over a month of back and forth communication to resolve the issue. Part of the delay was procuring the missing part direct from the manufacturer. The supplier's customer support team was super polite and professional. They supplied not just one bar, but a matched pair of new bars. Final rigging went quickly and easily and the trailer tows beautifully.

I don’t have any prior experience with sway control and weight distribution hitches but when we recently bought our 1st camper I knew I would need one. The brand recognition and price helped make my buying decision for me and after installation it seems to be working well. The instructions can be a little hard to follow but I found a YouTube video that walked through it and it all made more sense.

I called the seller direct to make sure this item would be delivered by our deadline so we could take our travel trailer on a trip. Rex & Sons R.V.s confirmed there were numerous in stock in my region, so delivery date would be met. We were pleasantly shocked when it was delivered at least 4 DAYS prior to estimated delivery. I would 100% recommend this vendor. The hitch is of high quality and we are excited to get it mounted up and be on our way!

Arrived on time, packaged extremely well, and was typical high quality Reese product. A shim was provided to address a fitment problem, with instructions to call tech support if an additional shim was needed. Have been waiting 8 days for the needed shim, sure would like to get this hitch put together and installed.
