Im not sure, but it comes with several bushing spacers with various diameter holes that should fit just about any motor post or attachment method.

How can it fit a Turbo Timber when this propeller is only 4" ? The plane uses 11x7.5" ???

This propeller is for the UMX Turbo Timber, the micro version of the Turbo Timber (and a few other of the UMX models). It will not fit the full sized Turbo Timber.
