Our Story, Your WatchOur story is a simple one. It’s all about building a better watch, and it’s all about our promise of performance to you. This is derived from a belief that long lasting quality, and attention to detail matter. It is this focus and integrity that drive us - an honest, true and authentic way. We believe if a watch is done right, it connects with you, creating an emotional touch point that says something about you. This is how we approach watches at Bertucci. This could only come from a company solely focused on field watches for you. What is a Bertucci Field WatchIf you were to own only one watch, it would be a watch well suited for life’s endeavors. It would need to possess the qualities of durability, singularity of purpose, and versatility in use. In essence, equally rugged and refined, with a classic, understated, and enduring style. For years, Bertucci Field Watches have been field tested and validated in places far and wide. They generally end up in places where time is best spent, or places that bridge the human experience, or places where life may travel at the same speed, but where it holds more value. Bertucci Field Watches are ready to survive the day to day challenges that come your way … wherever that place may be.Durability By DesignYou’ll feel it the moment you wrap a Bertucci Field Watch around your wrist. You’ll notice the innovative, ergonomic design, quality materials, and the premium features and components that went into it. When we create a watch, we study the ways in which it will be worn and used by people that demand the most from the products they depend on. This approach requires an attention to detail - an attention to performance. That’s no accident, it’s the result of our Durability By Design certification process and the foundation for our Promise Of Performance. Simply put, Bertucci Field Watches perform like no other watch because they’re built like no other watch.Original... Our PassionIt’s in our blood and it’s in our brand. The A-2T just arrived
I LOVE this watch -- the quality of the Bertucci product line is amazing. You can tell the A-2T is a quality piece right out of the package. I have multiple "expensive" watches, and without a doubt the leather band on this watch is far superior to them and the fit and fininsh of the watch itself looks fantastic. I like this watch so much I pulled the trigger and ordered the A-4T Yankee 44.The Bertucci / Amazon price point for a quality titanium watch is an exceptional value.Down the road I may pick up the A-3T too................

Beautiful and practical time piece
Beautiful and practical time piece, husband loves how the pull/winding mechanism is offset on the watch face, no more injuries.

Good, rugged action watch. Bigger/thicker than it looks online and definitely only for casual use.
My work and lifestyle are such that I might be in a board meeting in the morning, trudging about in the field in the afternoon and making a presentation or going to dinner in the evening, so what I needed was a good all-rounder of a watch and the Bertucci field watches looked like they'd fit the bill, which they don't, quite: They're good for the rugged stuff but not so good for the board room/presentation side. This is a very good Quartz powered watch. It's not exactly perfect but for the price point, it's very well made and most of my few criticisms are more about how it met my expectations and my needs and not about the quality of the watch itself. What I like:•The style clear, uncluttered, no nonsense styling, from the watch body to the dial. Even the second hand is cool and elegant. The military time markings are a plus as many of the computer systems I manage still represent time in 24 hour format. Everything on the watch seems well thought out.•The crown set at the 4 o'clock. I type a lot in my job and not having the crown dig into the back of my hand as I do so, is a kindness.•The crown is a good size and well protected by the case. The movement when turning the crown is smooth and consistent.•The lume is really quite bright and seems to last several hours. I've read reviews about it being poor, so I suspect Bertucci has since addressed that particular complaint.•The crystal is recessed to minimize damage.•Seems reasonably accurate, maybe gaining a second or two over a few weeks. Quartz clocks aren't created equal, but this one seems solid.•Bertucci seems like an autonomous company that really cares about making good quality watches with a sense of fun, history and style. I like what they're about. What I don't like:•The watch is bigger than it looks. 40mm across by 13.5mm thick. The Montanard leather band is very rugged and goes under the watch which adds just slightly more than 3mm, bringing the practical thickness to nearly 16mm. Add another 9mm for the leather band to wrap around the buckle under the wrist and I have a watch that's too thick for the cuffs on my shirts. Unbuttoning my cuff to tell time is even less graceful than pulling my cell phone out of my pocket. Bertucci sells 1 piece Nato-style nylon bands that look very sharp and bring the watch down to a more manageable size but they don't look great with a nice shirt and jacket and 40mm is a bit too big for comfort on my 6.75" wrist.•The Montanard band is very stiff, even a few months into owning it and it lifts up around the top of my wrist and bows out around the "pins".•The Montanard leather and DX3 nylon bands only have one keeper so, if you have smaller wrists, the "extra" length of the bands tend to catch on sleeves, objects, etc. The nylon bands can be folded back under but not the leather. Also, the nylon straps are tough and itchy, unlike nato straps from other manufacturers.•Maybe it's the light green lume against the brown dial under the mineral finger print magnet of a crystal but this watch is surprisingly hard to read.•The titanium bevel around the crystal scratches pretty easily. As I said, the watch is thick, particularly with the leather band, and I'm a bit clumsy so I bang it about it a bit. Titanium is lighter than stainless steel but softer. I'm not sure the lightness really makes up for the softness.•While I love the 4 o'clock placement of the date, the actual date window is very small, the typeface is thin and it can be hard to read.•The "pins" are not removable. This makes for a very solid watch but it makes the watch thicker and limits the alternative bands available. I understand why they made this choice but it severely limits the flexibility of the watch.•From 12 to 6, the second hand doesn't line up with the second markers on the face but from 6 back to 12, it does. Not a big deal, really, but if it matters to you, it will bother you.Overall, the A-2T a thoughtfully designed, well-built casual watch that seems to represent a really good value but after only a few months, I've found myself wearing it less and less, in no small part due to the comfort and flexibility issues. If you are in combat or want an analog alternative to a G-Shock, this is probably a good choice but it's not an all-rounder. At least not for my business casual lifestyle. I really wanted to love this watch but I see the fact that I don't as it not suiting my needs more than anything wrong with the product itself.
