Spigen, 1 Pack, Screen Protector for Sony Xperia 1 II, Full Screen Coverage, AlignMaster, Auto-Align Technology, Case Friendly, Xperia 1 II Compatible Full Screen Tempered Glass

I wasted a lot of time looking for full adhesive, full screen screen protectors last year for the Xperia 1 until I came across the Spigen one. This time, the 1 II version has an upgrade with the alignment bracket making the fitting a lot easier. The quality of the screen protector is top notch. The protector is firmly stuck on with adhesive on the whole screen area. The only issue is that when you first apply it, a line of small bubbles tend to end up near the top and bottom edges. That was solved by lifting the edges and using the plastic scraper to ease out the air bubbles. As you can see from the pic, it looks perfect!

Update 25-01-2022: Bought this item again. Raising to 5 star from 4.I am glad that they worked on the feedback email I had sent them about the front camera. Latest version of this product does not cover front camera anymore and hence no more dust particles blocking front camera. Only thing I think they should send two in the pack and should sell aligner as a separate as if we already have one don't need to have loads of aligners at home whenever we place a order.---------------------------------------------Old review:Quality of the product is very good and covers all the part of screen. Easy to apply with the tool provided. Touch response is also good.Issue is mainly with front camera area.1. As many reported it does not have adhesion on the top part at the camera area hence dust can enter. I am using Spigen cover as well hopefully that should block the dust.2. Even if they provided an adhesive it would not be useful. As when taking selfie if there is a light behind then it's reflection on the screen guard will give a glare on the pic. See attached pic. In my opinion they should leave the space above camera blank.

I love Spigen products but this failed to deliver this time. I have installed many protectors over the years and this was very straightforward but after installation the sensitivity of the screen is very bad now and many areas of the screen don't pickup my inputs, very frustrating and quite sad as paid £15 for this with 1 protector...

This is the 3rd and final screen protector I've tried for the Xperia 1 II. I'm glad to say it is the best one by far. My last one: the Feitenn, was off by a couple of mm along the sides so I decided to get another brand. If you aren't bothered by the price I would certainly pick this one. But keep in mind this only has 1 screen protector. What you do need to know is that the alignmaster (plastic helper) that comes with it works surprisingly well. It honestly aligns the screen protector perfectly first try. If you have the Spigen case it is a no brainer to get this screen protector. The edges become perfectly flush with the case unlike other brands. The other thing I enjoy more the is texture of screen protector it seems to leave less fingerprints compare to others.Update: After 3 months of living with the screen protector the biggest issue is the front camera. There is a small gap between screen protector and the front camera and dust does and will get in. The problem is that the dust is notorious to get out. You can blow it, but to no avail. Over time the front camera quality becomes hazy. The only way I've managed to clean it is with my camera lens duster which has micro bristles. The sad thing is, even with this issue I still think this is one of the better screen protectors. I hate having 1-2mm gap on the edge with other screen protectors. So I put up with the camera dust..... FYI this probably the longest review for a screen protector, kind of sad....

The mounting system is great. Made getting the protector aligned a breeze. It's by far the best fit and finish of the protectors I've tried for the Xperia1 ii. It is hardly noticeable at all, covers as larger area than most yet is still case compatible. The edges are perfectly finished and polished, unlike others I've tried, and they are perfectly aligned all round including the cut outs, thanks to the quality of the product and the ease and accuracy of the mounting frame.I wasn't entirely convinced when I put it on that the edges would fully adhere. There was a fair amount of air trapped in a couple of places, including near the camera and LED that didn't seem to want to go no matter how hard I tried to push then it but they actually settled over a few hours. Now the fit and adhesion seem to be almost "Whitestone Dome" quality without the mess. I give it 4 stars overall only because there are two micro bubbles that refused to be removed. They aren't visible in normal use but can just be seen when the screen is off. They may be my fault but I followed the fitting instructions to the letter.Do be patient when you apply as most bubbles will disappear , even the stubborn ones that seem to reappear as soon as you've pushed them out!Update: it began to lift after just 2 weeks allowing dust under the edges. Now in the bin

Die Scheibe ist groß genug, und mit dem Hilfsrahmen auch genau zu montieren.Telefonbedienung mit dem Schutzglas einwandfrei.Nach zwei Jahren fing die Schutzscheibe aber an, zu brechen und es kamen Splitter raus - ohne, daß das Telefon besonders ruppig behandelt worden wäre. Erst dachte ich schon, das Display selbst wäre gesplittert. War aber nur das Schutzglas.Ich schwanke, dafür einen Stern abzuziehen. Aber letztlich hat es zwei Jahre mein Telefon geschützt und wird jetzt halt getauscht.

The included frame makes positioning the glass a breeze. Glass fits and looks great, would buy again.

Easy to fit even though i purchased this twice because the first time it went wrong , shame its not the liquid system as that always works
