The purchase of the anti fog Flowfold face shield mask was to add extra layer of protection to the standard disposable protective mask. First day of using Flowfold face shield, it was drizzling rain and in walking a cloudy moisture started to appear in the inside of the face shield in the area of the eyes. I was wearing 1 standard disposable protective mask with Flowfold. It was difficult to determine if cloudy moisture was created by my breathing by itself or a combination of breathing, drizzling rain and moderate warm temperature outside. Upon entering into a grocery market and walking thru an aisle, the moisture stayed. When the mask was taken off to wipe moisture and placed back on it was a little clearer. Upon leaving the store, encountered the same cloudy moisture issue. The face shield was taken of before driving, as well as disposable protective mask.The second occasion using the Freeflow, two standard disposable protective mask was worn also. The day was clear and again moderate temperature. On that day no cloudy moisture problem outside or in a store. Again on third occasion, 2 standard disposable protective mask and Freeflow face shield, moderate temperature and no moisture outside or in store. My decision not to return, was based on must have extra layer of protection. The face shield itself is decent quality for the price that was paid. Plan on continuing to watch for any moisture if used again during a drizzle rain day.

I was hoping they were more sturdy, but they will have to do. Hope they give me the added protection I need.

From cdc.gov - "It is not known if face shields provide any benefit as source control to protect others from the spray of respiratory particles. CDC does not recommend use of face shields for normal everyday activities or as a substitute for cloth face coverings. Some people may choose to use a face shield when sustained close contact with other people is expected. If face shields are used without a mask, they should wrap around the sides of the wearer’s face and extend to below the chin."The quality is good and it definitely extends below my chin, but it doesn't wrap all the way around my face. It stops about 2 or 3 inches away from the bottom on my ears, and it angles outward so it gets even further away lower down.

These are well made face shields. They are better quality than others I have purchased. My daughter works in a hospital and says they are better quality than the shields the hospital provides her.That being said, I also bought them when PPE was in short supply and suppliers were taking advantage of consumers. They are now selling for half the price I paid.

I can't wear the traditional cloth masks without quickly getting a raging headache, but my company requires me to wear a face covering when waiting on customers. This mask is the bomb! The clear plastic is thicker than other shields I have tried, and retains its shape better. The foam headband is comfortable, and i can wear it for hours with no discomfort. I was already familiar with the company because I carry one of their minimalist wallets. When I saw the face shield I knew it would be a winner. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. And wonder of wonders, it's made in the USA, which none of my other masks have been.

I like that this was made in America for one thing. I also like that it is longer than other shields. Since my state had mandatory laws now to wear a mask this is the best. I'm able to BREATHE for one thing. It's not hot and I've gone in the gym to work out with it and never have it fog up. Well once I hit the humidity outside it will but not where it counts. I'm able to go to church and sing. The only thing I would have liked is to have a better understanding of how to clean. Also I would have liked some type of cover to put in when not wearing. Those are my only two negatives. Thank you

I have Pulmonary disease and have spent a pretty penny on masks & hats, the ones with the thick plastic which distorts vision, & are hot & humid, specially in S FL. I’ve used this shield a couple of times now, and it been pretty awesome, of course I wore a mask since one does not work without the other. That said, I was able to lower the mask on my walks which had become harder and harder due to the difficulty of breathing thru the mask. All in all I am reordering a couple more, hope they last for at least a month each, cause these things are not cheap!
