Better than underwear, these male diapers are useful for collecting urine that flows without waiting for an invitation from the wearer. In my case, I wear a catheter while recovering from surgery and have been advised to keep the catheter "capped" during the day to give the bladder exercise. Others mention that the size is smaller than advertised. I would add that the advertised size is WAY larger than it should be. I have only a 34" waist which would make me eligible for a medium, but not only was the medium too tight, the large was also uncomfortably tight. I am pleased now to be wearing XL.

They seem like they will work. I would say to size up because they look kind of small-ish but they do stretch. The fabric is soft and doesn't sound crinkly when you move around. They are tan in color and not overly thick. The only reason I removed a star from my rating is because they do not ship discreetly. They stick a label on the original packaging and mailman and everyone who comes to your door until you get home to pick up the package now knows you ordered adult diapers. Unbeknownst to me, it says in teeny tiny print on the right side bar where additional information is listed (an area that hardly nobody pays attention to) that you can request at checkout that you would like it to be shipped in a privacy poly bag or box. This is kind of a crock of --- because Amazon should use better discretion when shipping items such as this. Do better Amazon!

Works better if you have a heavy bladder leak.

Okay, I never thought I'd be writing a review about "Adult Diapers" but here I am. I bought these as a trial test; I'm on water pills to help combat congestive heart issues and when taking them, I'm hitting the restroom a lot until it levels out, during business trips, this sucks! These are great! the absorbency is fantastic; I've worn them all day while driving and in and out of the car absolutely no leakage or moving/sliding around I did wear them under my normal tighty whiteys because they were a bit small (my fault ordering to small) that did hold them in place and was not bulky under dress pants, kept checking throughout the day for wet spots but had none not even from leakage around the sides. No one knows you're wear them unless you say something.

As one ages one sometimes looses the ability to scurry to the facility. Although I seldom have this problem my Depends are a "must!" They are a "must" in my handbag. Very easy to slip into, as well as to remove. And, they're not as noticeable as some replacements. If I'm carrying one it's in a plastic bag, convenient for easily disposal.

Item did not arrive, apparently stuck in Tennessee. We re-ordered and received the new item next day and refund for the undelivered order. Great product and we have come to depend on it.
