Bravo Tea Blood Pressure Caffeine Free 20 Tea Bags

This works! I like the taste as well. I put one tea bag into 2 empty cups first thing in the morning. Then I pour about 4 ounces of boiling water into the cups and cover the cups with a paper towel. I let it sit there until both cups are completely cool. Then I remove the tea bags out of both cups and throw them away. I drink all of the cool tea from one of the cups before breakfast. I don’t like hot tea. Then I leave the other cup on the counter, covered, until late afternoon or early evening then I drink the other cup just before a light snack or meal. My blood pressure went from 180-190 over 92-98 down to 130-140 over 70-75. I took 5 different blood pressure meds before I found this tea. The meds made me feel terrible like they were suppressing my heart. I felt like a pressure on my chest. I was miserable. I learned to calm myself down by reading Bible scriptures my son texted to me about the love of God and Jesus for about 5 minutes twice a day. I also prayed which is very calming. I lowered my sodium intake. I did all that, drinking the tea and reading the scriptures and praying, 5 minutes twice a day, for about 2 months and my blood pressure went to normal and I don’t have to do any of that any more. I no longer have any problems and I eat normal meals and I eat out. Stress and lots of high sodium foods contribute to high BP. Find something calming to read like positive thinking books or positive sayings. Learn to calm yourself. Don’t let yourself become angry or afraid. Fear and anger are big stressors.

You need to use TOO many tea bags for BP satisfaction. I err'd and did not buy enough boxes. Save your money.

Really works could tell after the first cup ordered more. Purchase please if you want positive results. Tried others. No resuults...

I have been drinking 2 bags of this tea on the morning daily for a month, I didn't think it would work... because let's face it, things on the internet are always a little hard to believe... I was wrong. I am 6ft 3in, 260lbs, and go out to eat at restaurants 7 nights a week... needless to say I have a high sodium intake. My BP went from 154/92 to 126/78 in a month!! With minimal change to diet and NO exercise. I would recommend this tea to anyone looking to lower their Blood pressure. Downside... the taste is pretty poor. But it allows me to continue my lifestyle with no major changes.

Made this tea soon it was delivered to my house and it's the healthiest best tea I've had in a while and I'll be buying again.
