GNC Herbal Plus Black Cohosh Extract 40mg, Menopause Support, 100 Servings

I was suffering from hot flashes almost every hour of the day. I’m 52 and the hot flashes were waking me in the middle of the night. I was embarrassed to go out with friends because I’d be the idiot sweating through my clothes. I went with a friend to Aruba for my birthday in 2019 and didn’t even want to go out at night because I couldn’t enjoy myself with sweat dripping down my back, my face, the backs of my knees when I was sitting... you ladies know what I’m talking about if you have hot flashes. I first started taking black cohosh (NOT extract). After several months, no effect. Even my doctor was surprised it didn’t work. She mentioned trying the extract. I hopped on Amazon and searched for GNC brand as I’ve always liked their offerings. I began taking 80mg a day and decided to up it to 120 (1 capsule morning, noon and night). Within a month the hot flashes began subsiding. It’s now been two full months and I can honestly say I haven’t had a hot flash in about a month. I didn’t even notice it because hot flashes just became part of my normal day. About 3 weeks ago my partner asked me what I was doing because he hadn’t seen me sweating and tearing my clothes off. That’s when it really hit me that these capsules are working! Please understand these won’t work for everyone, nor will any one specific dosage. You have to play around with the dose. 120mg is still within the recommended dosage, so it’s not too high. But if you’ve been suffering with hot flashes and if my story sounds like yours, isn’t it worth it to give this a try? I can tell you these have changed my life. I was seriously depressed and didn’t know what I was going to do. I knew I couldn’t spend the rest of my life sweating like it was my job, not to mention the embarrassment that went along with it. This product has changed my life! I am 46 and have been having night sweats for years. Recently it became a nearly nightly misery. I’ve been taking these for about a month now. By day three, I noticed a drastic improvement. And a month later I’ve only had one episode and I would consider it mild. If 1 is no night sweats and 5 is waking up soaked through, I’d rate that episode a 2. Can’t believe I waited so many years to try this! UPDATE: A year in and I cannot do without these. If I accidentally forget a night, I'm doomed and it takes about two days before its kicked back in fully. I went on a trip several months ago and forgot to bring my bottle. I stopped at Vitamin Shoppe because that was the only supplement place available. Their version of black cohosh is junk. It absolutely does not work.

Amazing took one -40mg Age 51 at first hot flash- day three never had one again and I’m 59. And still taking it . Not one menopause symptom of any kind . Can’t say enough about this GNC Black Cohash!

This product was good over all i needed a break from my regular vitamins and it did the job

This has been my saving grace since I had my hysterectomy in October!! The hot flashes are gone for the most part so that is worth the price!
