The Struggle I have been smoking about 10 cigarettes a day for a while, and like many others, I’ve tried patches and gum with mixed results. I needed something that would hit quickly when the urge struck, especially after meals or with coffee. Speed & Effectiveness The claim that this starts reducing cravings in 30 seconds is, in my experience, 100% true. The mist absorbs much faster than a lozenge or gum. Instant Relief: The moment I feel that familiar itch to smoke, one quick spray and the craving is practically gone before I can even think about reaching for a lighter. The Results: Since using this, I have gone from smoking 10 a day to almost no cravings at all. It broke the psychological habit because I have a physical action to replace the cigarette with. Flavor (Cool Berry) I was worried the "Cool Berry" would taste artificial or medicinal, but it is surprisingly pleasant. It has a fresh, fruity, minty kick that also freshens your breath. It does have a bit of a "tingle" or burn at the back of the throat at first (which is normal for nicotine sprays), but I got used to it after a day or two. The "SmartTrack" Feature The coolest feature of this specific version is the connectivity. You can tap the canister against your phone (using NFC) to track your usage in the Nicorette app. It sounds like a gimmick, but seeing the data of how much I’m reducing my intake over time was actually really motivating. Verdict If you are a light-to-moderate smoker (like my previous 10-a-day habit) and need something fast-acting, this is the best aid I have used. The 2-pack is good value because you want to keep one at home and one in the car/pocket so you're never caught without it. Highly recommended!

Here’s a personal story about quitting smoking that might be helpful to others. Around 11 years ago, I used QuickMist to stop smoking, it took just over a week. Never smoked again. That was until, about six months ago, I made the mistake of picking up the habit again - after I was offered a cigarette or two at a wedding. It didn’t take long to realize that smoking wasn’t financially sustainable (the price of a 20-pack used to be around £7-9 back in 2013, and it's about £18 now) and was taking a toll on my health. I decided to try QuickMist again, and this time it worked even faster. In just two days and with only four sprays, I was able to quit again - It's been about 2 months. Spray it into your mouth and it does something horrible to your mouth and throat with satisfies your craving. It can be a very unnerving feeling the first few times you use it but once you're over it, it's remarkable how quickly it works. One piece of advice: I wouldn’t recommend buying the double pack unless you’re sure you’ll need it—I found that one was more than enough. Also, the SmartTrack feature seems unnecessary, and the app (at least on iPhone) isn’t user-friendly enough to be worth using. If you're trying to quit, QuickMist could be an effective option.

Works really well to stop cravings. One thing I would say is this spay is harsher than all the others. On occasion it will make you hiccup and can feel a little harsh (some may prefer this). The smoother flavour is spearmint but I do still buy this flavour for variation and if I want a harsher kick and to mix up flavours because the flavour is nice and sweet.

Well it took some getting use too, and as others have stated the first few times of using it really burns your mouth and throat, it also gave me bad hiccups. I found spraying under tongue or inside the cheeks and leaving it to dissolve without swallowing worked well. I have smoked, and have been vaping for the last 10 years.. I never thought I’d be able to stop vaping as it was such a habit and no matter how many times I tried before I couldn’t do it. I decided to give this spray a go with some will power along the way, and to my amazement - I was able to fully stop vaping in one week, I only used x1 nicorette spray too, the other one was binned as I didn't need it or want it. For anybody who smokes it’s not easy. This isn’t a miracle cure but if you want to stop smoking/vaping and have some will power to hand- then this is definitely worth a go. It does kick the urge off when used correctly, I can see it becoming addictive so use with caution. It Definitely gives you the nicotine hit, just use sensibly and moderately. I didn’t use the smart features so can’t comment on those.

It will get you to stop smoking but it will also get you addicted to nicotine more than you have ever been before. As the nicotine levels in this are so high and you’ll be spraying all the time. I buy this product every other week. I have been addicted to it for many many years now. I wish there was no sugar in it, it is sweet and it’s also bad for your oral health as it dries out your mouth. Does it work for stopping smoking yes, absolutely. You will not touch a vape or a cigarette. But will this get you off nicotine no, it won’t. It’s so hard to stop this, been trying for a while.
