Slipped these in my heels on my wedding day, really helped me walk down the aisle comfortably!

I'm over 50 and get lower back pain. I've been doing a lot of things to try to help my back, including ordering padding for my shoes. These feel like a semi-soft, semi-hard silicone cushion (I don’t know what material they're made of). They give a little extra cushioning in the foot arch area. They are visible in open side heels, so you have to go in not caring about that. It gives a little cushioning - every little thing helps. They are about 3/4 length of my size 8.5 shoes and go from thin at heal to thick in the middle to thin under the balls of your feet. There's a little stick on the bottom so they stay in place on the shoe. You can easily move them from shoe to shoe but the sticky will likely wear out over time. I'm glad I bought them, they seem to help a bit. Recommend.

I have painful heel and sole problems. I have tried almost every shoe insert on the market, including Dr. Schultz other inserts. My expectations for these simple heel inserts was too high. They did little or nothing for me and slid around in my shoes.

Can’t ever go wrong with these. Always better than most other brands, they are definitely more durable than others.

These help a lot with dress heels to make them fit better or at least be more comfortable. They don't always keep the heel from slipping on my narrow feet, but in some shoes they do. I like that they are partial insole so they don't restrict toe room. I also like that they are removable and reusable. Not perfect for every shoe, but the best thing I have found yet. A friend with plantar fasciitis gave me a tip about these; she was right!

I cannot tell if they are comfortable because they do not work with my shoes. The picture on the package shows a strappy sandal. While I’m not trying to use them with a strappy sandal, most of my high heels have open sides. The pad insole is wider than the shoe and hangs off the side - definitely not invisible! My shoes are size 9 and the packaging indicates the pads are for sizes 6-10, so I’m within the recommended shoe size. They may work for a completely enclosed shoe but disregard the claim that they are invisible. —- I was going to leave my review at that, but I decided to try the pads out in pair of fully enclosed pumps. I didn’t feel any cushioning on the ball of my foot, which is where I need it most. There was a lot of support in the arch, which I didn’t need or want, and it felt like my foot was being pushed out of the shoe - not a good fit for me. I will be returning them.

I’m like 90% sure that I was sold an already used product. The packaging came missing half of the plastic and was stapled shut with the cardboard label it comes with. Opening it up, the insoles are visibly dirty and not sticky anymore. Would not recommend. There is a sticker on the back that says new item but there is no way, and it is not a sticker original to the product, the actual barcode can be seen behind it
